Great location. The room was clean.

Old and tired. Needs lots of maintenance. Don’t close the screen door or you will be trapped in. Cockroaches, sorry but I have never stayed anywhere with bugs like that

The pool was great.

The room had a horrible screen door that wouldn't stop loudly slamming by itself. The ac leaked all over the furniture and floor, the room was not as advertised, and the pictures were of the wrong unit. The paper towels provided were dirty and looked like they were soaked in water. There were also multiple dead/alive roaches throughout the rooms. Out of all the places I have been at here, this was definitely the worst. I especially appreciated not being notified of the $28 extra a night service fee, even though this was separate from the cleaning fee.

Schöner Pool, Tisch draußen war gut

Das es ein Klappbett ist hätte man erwähnen sollen, war dadurch sehr klein. Bei Problemen mit dem Kühlschrank dauerte es einige Zeit bis der Besitzer reagierte, wurde dann aber geklärt.

Great location, well equipped kitchen

Worst experience on Big Island. Had to wait 2 hours at Check in because they didn't know about me. Wrong Infos regarding wlan and Check out time, was locked out. Sink full of old hair from others, shower dirty, had to clean myself Glas of picture broken, door locking fell of, couch pillows ripped off, ac and fan very loud. The whole appartement need maintenance.

a lot of ants in the unit. not sure what could be done though, they are everywhere on the Island. just part of the life
