flat : well furnished flat, all facilities required. location : close to the beach (walking distance), easy access. staff and services : thanks a lot Veera for the welcome, all the tips for the region (even if not used all but keeping for next tile), sharing your passions, a real pleasure.

next to the beach, comfortable and clean. high quality equipment the kitchen area worktop was very small but it was workable. the balcony was lovely. Veena was great for all the tips of the region. it’s a good idea to contact her before you get there to organise your trips.

great spacious modern beach house, all modern appliances, 2 large bedrooms; easy access to a great beach; very helpful staff

The location is amazing and houses are full of essential appliances that can make you feel home. There is also a small market around corner which makes life very easy. Santa Ghulia beach made us very lazy and we didn't want to move anywhere else as i didnot want to deal with parking, traffic etc.

Very poor concierge / reception. First day, after spending ~10 hours on ferries and traffic i couldn't enter to the site because they just sent me by mistake a wrong entry code, of course couldn't reach anybody at that time and was really stressed. Also I was supposed to receive a check in briefing email and seems like this email was also not sent. Wrong prices given for organizing a boat/yacht, we were promised that reception would organize the communication with the yacht owner and 2 days later when we asked about the status, boat was full and we were told that the person handling this communication was expecting us to contact with the boat owner directly. Last but not least, we confirmed a checkout visit at 6 pm as we were departing very early in the morning, nobody showed up and i received a message later next day... So I didn't let these to ruin my holiday but was pretty annoying.

Spacious duplex which was well equipped. Loved the toiletries. Enjoyed the patio space and was super handy having a loo on both floors.
