We booked with Beachers strictly off of web reviews and I can concur that it was the perfect stay! We enjoyed our condo it was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 5 year old daughter. The Murphy bed that pulled down was just as comfy as the master bed! Room service everyday was an extra nice surprise We weren't expecting! The view were phenomenal and the heated pool perfectly clean and very enjoyable! Check in and out was easy and all staff we encountered were super nice! We'll be back!

We loved being right on the ocean and having tea each morning on the balcony. Beautiful! Perfect location to beach and St. Augustine. Also loves the pool was super warm especially coming from the ocean. Loved seeing the pelicans fly over head over and over again! We felt safe and comfortable!

A quick walk to the beach, pool, convenience store and ice cream. The staff was extremely pleasant. The unit was nicely furnished and the beds and towels were clean. The floor was pretty dirty, and the kitchen had a thin layer of sand over everything. I just cleaned up a bit before cooking. The kitchen had most of what would be needed but no salt and pepper, and the cookware is outdated. There were someone's clothes behind the bathroom door. I'm pretty sure the only thing cleaned before our arrival were the sheets and towels. But overall it was a gorgeous view, very comfortable and we'd go back again.

Beautiful location. Beautiful view! The sounds of the waves in the early morning went great with coffee and catching the sunrise. The room was just what we wanted and it was very very clean. Will definitely be going back!!

Reviewer Comments: This amazing room had a full view of the beach from the balcony, a private entrance walkway from the lodge to the beach which is connected to their pool and shower rinse area. The pool area had plenty of seats and tables to just hang out or take a swim before or after enjoying the awesome beach. The room had very stable and fast wifi, all the amenties of a full kitchen, AC was a big lifesaver at the time since the weather when we stayed was very hot and humid. So coming back to a room like this was a God send. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the places to eat nearby, even as near as across the street were all delicious. Every time we are in St.Augustine, we will be staying at Beacher's Lodge, no point in looking anywhere else. Thanks for having us and looking forward to our next stay.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly. My recommendations would be to stock up the kitchen just a little bit more. Larger coffee cups, a cookie sheet or and some hot pads. I would also recommend that the uniowner add information on how to use their TV. It was a little tricky and many of the channels seem restricted with a pin number. Perhaps that is not something they want to share?

The location is great, but this unit is very dated. We had an issue with the air conditioner in the main area. It would not shut off unless you powered it down. It maintained a consistent temperature, but the fan would not stop making it very noisy. The unit in the bedroom worked fine. We will probably return to Beacher's Lodge but will try to select a different unit.

I had a very long trip to get there so was looking forward to comfort and relaxation. This held true for day 1. Unfortunately the second night people next door (transients) were banging walls, slamming doors noisy ALL night long. It was awful. No security or desk staff on duty over night. I actually at 2:30 a.m. made an approach to the disrespectful riff raff. That being said the issue was compensated for and those at fault are now black listed. That makes me very happy! I plan to return for an extended stay - hopefully 2 months. Always prefer top floor but will be sure to request a quiet area of the property, perhaps near private owners. Room 424 was absolutely what was advertised and expected. So amazingly beautiful and clean. I usually prefer a room on top floor and VERY end of hall. I will do that at Beachers in the future if I'm fortunate enough that my travels bring me back.

Loved meals outside on the patio overlooking the ocean and taking convenience strolls on the beach. Our initial reservation was changed due to the fact that there was maintenance on the outside of the building which was also a minor inconvenience during our stay. Overall, the unit was clean and stocked with a variety of kitchen utensils for meals. Avery close to both Ft. Matanzas and St. Augustine.

The reservation and check in process were extremely easy. The property was clean and comfortable. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay there. There was about a 20 minute drive to get downtown for Nights of Lights and the excitement of downtown. It was nice to be a little bit away from all of the traffic to relax while we were in the condo. Our room faced the ocean and the sounds of the waves were very relaxing.
