We enjoyed this property. It was spacious and clean. The pool was very nice in most ways, but it had a lot of debris. We were frequently visited by very pretty iguanas and the location of our unit in relationship to the pool was perfect. There are two other things I would make future renters aware of; the phone / internet service there are horrible. If you don't do well with stairs, this is not the property for you.

The rental unit was wonderful and the view of the pool was gorgeous. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and attentive throughout the whole process.

It was a beautiful property, excellently maintained indoors and out! Loved working with your team. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Never felt I was putting any one out or that they had anything better to do than answer my questions.

Loved it. Great except for the maintenance issue. MGR Response - Our apologies on the delay troubleshooting the water heater! We do not have a plumber on staff so unfortunately when we need their services we are at the mercy of their schedule!

Property was very clean and perfectly located. The unit would have received a 10 if it had extra blankets and had adequate cooking utensils/pots and pans First, the properties Barefeet represents are really high end. Second, the phone is always answered during business hours and the staff is knowledgeable about the area. Lastly, pricing was competitive

Called Nathan the second day because the pool was closed. He spoke with the club and kept us updated on when it would reopen. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly. Loved the grounds and the condo. Will be returning again. Very accommodating, easy process. I was very skeptical about arriving after midnight to a lockbox, but it was easy and quick.

Nice resort, felt safe, great facilities. Needed some basic kitchen utensils for cooking - tongs. Also could have had a few more pans - only had 2 small pans for cooking. MGR RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback...we will add more pots and pans and a pair of tongs! Very friendly & proactive. The friendly phone call after booking was a nice touch & provided an additional level of comfort.

The townhome was exactly as advertised. You literally walk down the stairs and into the beautiful pool area. The grounds were great and everyone was extremely courteous and helpful!

We had the best week! The location of this is so nice to walk right to the pool and enjoy looking out at the ocean! Beautiful.

This unit exceeded our expectations! We felt like we were in paradise! Every morning we would sit on our balcony and drink coffee to watch the sunrise! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and because we were on the ocean we had seen manatees and dolphins! My entire family was stressed out and we really needed a getaway. I’m so happy we chose this place because it was like paradise and if we didn’t wanna go anywhere staying at the pool was wonderful! We used many things in the kitchen to make eggs for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. We use the grill by the pool to make hotdogs and fish. We utilize the dishwasher and the ice and water machine on the fridge! They even had a blender so we could have piña colada‘s by the pool! The unit was clean and the kitchen was spot free! There was a little dust upstairs in certain areas but not a bother. Be sure to take a day trip to Key West or there is so much to see and do there! The dry Tortugas national park is also a great trip to do with the snorkeling! Islamorada has wonderful restaurants and museums to see! The woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and professional and the woman who greeted us at the gate for security was funny, friendly, and was sure to ask the right questions to be strict on us entering the club. Even though our plane was delayed the check in process for late arrivals was quick and easy! We were 10 hours delayed on our flight so as you can imagine we arrived late at night and we found that the condo had items that we needed like toilet paper, hand soap, and coffee to wake up to! When we had quick questions I would text the unit and they were always answer properly!

We had an amazing time and felt like we were in paradise! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was beautiful, and the pool was perfect! We finally relaxed! Islamorada is close by and we spent a day in Key West! It was a lot of fun and would love to come back!

Great location, comfortable townhome. We had a great week here… it was great having the pool right out our back door and the views were beautiful out out patio SUGGESTED: We did the signature swim with the dolphins and we kayaked thru the mangroves and we also went to the Beach Church in Key Largo - great fun activities! My calls, texts, and emails were answered immediately-great service!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Mariners #403. Excellent location and the management company was SPOT on. Very informative and helpful. The location at Mariners was also excellent. We were right next to the large family pool so that was convenient. We had a few early morning wake ups from some crying toddlers, but no matter. It’s all about family at Mariners. We felt safe letting our kid’s hang out in the property game room with other kids. The security guards are great and on top of everything. Boat slips are tight. It’s like walking the plank to get into your boat, so improve your balance if you plan to use the marina. There us only one negative about #403 which is the room on the second floor is boiling hot I should’ve realized that when we hit into the unit and saw all the fans in the room. It was unbearable a couple nights. Otherwise everything was great. Only minor maintenance issues which had no effect on our stay. Would definitely rent with Barefoot rentals again.

It was a great place for a few days in Key Largo. Beautiful view of the Atlanta.

Would appreciate at least 3 detergent cycles for wash loads. 1 extra paper towel. 4 additional garbage bags. a few extra toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

This condo was perfectly located right in front of the large pool. Nice accommodations although kitchen lacked items that would have been nice to not buy ie: everyday spices salt and pepper, garbage bags, paper towels/ napkins, coffee filters. While the rental company did let us know about this it would have been nice not to order. The grounds and location were beautiful and ideal. Very easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Loved our time.

I thought it was a great place. I would only suggest fixing the toilet downstairs - if you didn't jiggle the handle it would run. I also noticed the upstairs guest bathroom had some black stuff on the ceiling. Not sure what that was - but you may want to look at it. The location is awesome - right by the pool. You have a view of the water as well. It is easy to get out of the complex and easy to find. I felt safe at Mariners and the other guests were great! We woke up one day to no water at all. I thought because we had a water leak in our recreation room prior to arrival, that it was related. I called early in the morning and left a message. Come to find out - the two were not related. They fixed the water issue quickly and I believe we had water within a few hours or so. I recommend scuba diving - and go to a dive shop. Go fishing with a guide. Drive to Key West - Eat breakfast at Robbie's in Islamorada and feed the tarpons. Catch fish and have the local restaurants cook your catch. Superb!!! Super friendly and everyone answered any questions we had.

Comfortable beds and furniture. Big table on patio for outdoor screened in dining. Comfortable and spacious condo with a beautiful ocean/pool view from family room and master bedroom.

Perfect weekend getaway before back to school. You can't beat the location in the complex as you can go up and down the back patio to the beautiful oasis pool. Our family of 4 had a ball and enjoyed all the space that the unit offers. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a quick getaway or a nice long vacation! The grounds are well kept and townhouse has everything you need to feel at home!

This place was beautiful and perfect for families! This unit is also great because it has direct access to the pool and has a patio on each floor. If you are checking in at night you do have to pick up the keys in a drop box but the rental agency does a great job of communicating with you prior to your stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
