Beautiful home. Very comfortable and inviting. Clean with all the necessities availability. Clear and easy communication with the home owner. Only downfall is having to take the trash to the dump yourselves

Well equipped cabin short distance to beach area and short drive to local amenities including North Conway and area lakes. Take a left after going over covered bridge! GPS doesn't always take you direct to property :)

This was our first family get away. Description of property was accurate. House was very clean. Pictures were accurate. Sam was quick with any response to questions answering right away. Location is a quiet neighborhood. My youngest loved the park, which is only 1 minute walk from house. Lake is a very private beach. Check in and out was very easy. Our only regret was stay was not long enough.

We loved the house. The 5 minute walk to the beach/lake was nice. The stay wasn’t long enough but accompanied what we needed. I would stay again Thank you.

We were in the area to attend a wedding. The short time that we did spend at the house was both comfortable and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay! Great location if traveling to other places north such as storyland and Santa’s Village- very close to the beautiful White Lake State Park where we enjoyed the crystal clean water and view!

We had a great experience staying here. Owner was very responsive, easy check in/out, excellent location and a canoe, kayak and float are available for fun at the pond (a short walk away!). House was perfect size for family of 4. Laundry was also a plus. Would rent again!

We had such an awesome time that I was very sad to leave. We (parents with a 4 year old and 1.5 year old) stayed for 4 nights. The location is about a 2 minute walk from a nice playground and 4-5 minutes to the beach, which is amazing. The sand is great, the water was warm enough to go right in and cool enough to cool you down, and the views were so beau

We enjoyed this cottage very much! Just a few short minutes walk to the lake to swim. The owner was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the front deck was wonderful! A few downsides: 1) the screens in the windows all had holes and were taped up and so if we left the windows open we would get bugs and mosquitoes in the house. It would have been nice to have been able to open the windows for the cooler nights. 2) the house is very dark. There is limited lighting, likely due to the age of the cottage. 3) the kitchen was not well stocked with supplies. There was one very small cutting board and many essentials missing.

I love this location, I have stayed at other houses in this little neighborhood but Sam’s house is our favorite. The location is so close to the private pond and the playground. The house is the perfect size for me and my family. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s a true cabin, nothing fancy, but meets all your needs and is very comfortable. Lots of wood for fires, indoors or out, and kitchen had basics available, spices, oil, condiments etc. There is an all ages playground 1 minute walk away and sandy beach with swimming and boating access another 1 minute walk away. We stayed here to break up our drive to storyland and loved every aspect of our trip; the cabin experience for the kids and an easy visit to storyland.

We had a great time! Loved the wood burning stove and it had plenty of space for a family of four. It was about an hour drive to Waterville Valley, and we had a great time skiing.

House was in a great neighborhood. I wasn’t sure I liked the location at first because I usually stay in Jackson, but then I realized how many great mountains there are to hike. Kank is a short drive. Plan was to hike Chucorua but it rain hard the night before and there was snow on the peaks. But considering the house location we had lots of options!
