We had 22 in our family. The house handled us well Had all the stuff you would have at home. It is close to everything we did/wanted (para sailing, golf, fishing, etc).

This home added to a fantastic multi family vacation. Very clean and welcoming...we swam in the pool several times. Hot tub was fun; came on promptly at 6. Just up the street from the beach house and beach

The house was perfect for our group. The 14 of us were not on top of each other. Location was steps to the beach. The house was very clean.
We only had a few minor issues with the tv and pool heat during the stay but those were quickly resolved by maintenance, even at 9pm.
This property is highly recommended.

This house accommodated 23 people easily for our family vacation. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, so getting ready each morning was easy for every family. The pool was lovely, the beach was a quick walk down the road, the golf cart was convenient for getting all our beach gear to & from the beach. There is a public parking lot at the beach directly across from our street, with showers for rinsing. There is ample food, shopping & activities near by.
We all enjoyed our stay in this rental. I would rent again if the opportunity presented itself.

Property is about a block from the beach and two blocks from a beach bar, golf cart is included (and there is golf cart parking at the beach) and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Maintenance person Koy shared his number and was SO helpful throughout our trip with questions. Bring your own beach chairs, beach towels, and blackout curtains if you need it to be dark to sleep, but kitchen gear and bath towels are a plenty. HIGHLY recommend!

Hi the house was beautiful and it looked just like the online posting, the only issue we had was the weather didn’t pan out right so we wasn’t to use the pool or hot tub and the water did freeze but once we contacted maintenance they came over and did what they could, we had enough towels , space and kitchen appliances, the internet did run slow and we some connection issues but other than that everything was good. The location was great we was near the outlets ,beach, and other stores will definitely stay there again.

5 families stayed here, location was awesome, close to beach and shops, we had an issue with the pool but it was fixed quickly and boy did the kids enjoy it. No one had issues while at this home, would definitely do it again.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We had 15 total family members from age 11 to age 71. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and was in a great location, only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent this location again. The only down side was no rail for the older people to get in and out of pool.

A palace for a big family
Your house sleeps 28 but you only have silverware for 19. We had 22 people and we’re always washing forks. Need more hooks for towels in bathrooms. Need umbrellas for pool area. Sun is overwhelming.
A second washer and dryer would be welcome. Your ice machine was a godsend. The second refrigerator was great. Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The bunk beds being queen sized were great. The pool table needs a rack, more pool cues and chalk. The fire alarm went off several times due to oven not being clean. The mattress on first floor left bedroom was excessively firm. The golf cart was a fantastic perk. All in all, the pros outweighed the cons and we would rent it again.

Great Spot and Super Nice!
This house was super nice. First off we arrived about and hour early and since the house was finished being clean we were able to check in a little early so that was super nice! Everyone at the 850 Vacations communicated great with us. We had a couple issues with the pool and hot tub but it was fixed within a day and everyone kept up with communication. One of the bunks broke on the 3rd floor but Koy was right over to fix it. The property had a lot of space and loved the fact everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub and pool were really nice too and pool was somewhat heated so it wasn’t freezing when we got in.golf cart was super accommodating as well. Beach was maybe a 1-2 minute drive away. Everything was great and would definitely rent again!

A for Atlantis
As advertised. We loved our stay for the week. 25 people and plenty of space for everyone. Quick walk to beach and the pool/hot tub were amazing to relax in. 6 seater golf cart was key as well for transportation purposes. Great location by bar/restaurants and grocery stores.

A fun family get away
We are a family of lots of kids and adults that came down to Florida from the MN winters. We enjoyed stay even with the rain. The house was large enough for all of us to fit comfortably. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub after it got turned on on the 3rd day. We never did get a call from Sean (supposed to call and introduce himself and answer any questions) but Ellen was great a communicator! A few things were broke before we arrived, one couch leg, a shelf on the fridge ( one is on order) and a board on one of the bunk beds on the 3rd floor. Overall a great place to stay!

80th Bday Celebration
This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 25 to celebrate! It’s comfortable and great for a big group with lots of couples. The game room was great for the kids to have their own space. The golf cart was a huge bonus for getting back and forth to the beach. Only mention would be that the next door neighbor blared music at 6am over the fence. We were respectful of quiet hrs as much as possible with a group that size. 850 was so easy to work with and responsive as well.

Weekend Getaway!
This property was well setup and the design work is beautiful. With the size of our group, everyone had their own room and own bathroom! So perfect. The pool was heated perfectly, and hot tub was amazing! With a 10 min walk to the beach (or 3 min golf cart ride), secluded street with no traffic, it was truly peaceful!

Military reunion
This house was perfect for our group of 19. The house is beautiful, well equipped for multiple families. The multiple king bedrooms and bathrooms in every room were greatly appreciated. The beach access close to the house was closed for construction so the hike to the beach was a little longer, but we spent most of our time in the pool anyway. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of very quickly. As the coordinator of this little reunion, I was happy to receive continuous praise for my choice of rentals. Thanks for making me look good!! We would definitely come back and stay again.

Incredible VRBO Stay!
My friends and I stayed at this property over a long weekend, and wow was it an incredible stay! The house had everything we needed and the pool & hot tub was a huge bonus. The host was extremely prompt with communication and answering any questions we had. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Miramar Beach area.

Atlantis Paradise!
This is an exquisite property and was absolutely perfect for our group. The private beach is a short walk from the house. We enjoyed the beach by day and the swimming pool/hot tub at night. We had a few minor issues with the house, but Sean (maintenance) was quick to respond and fixed everything in a prompt manner-an area close to the house was struck by lightning our first night there so the internet, hot tub and golf cart charging outlet all went out in the storm. Sean responded within 30 minutes of our call to him. We will definitely be returning to this house!

Perfect for Our Needs
We really loved the property. A little grumpy to have to buy toilet paper/paper towels/ dish soap. As well as the hot tub pumping cold water in at 11pm. Bringing kids the adults really needed some chill time. It would have been nice to be able to sit out longer without it getting cold right away. We were grateful to be so close to the beach and everything we wanted to go do and see. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
Overall, this was a great stay! The inside of the house was immaculate. The outside kitchen was dirty, and sand chairs were missing but both were resolved within a day of calling the property manager. It was great to have the golf cart.
