Hôtel mal situé, très peu de places de parking à proximité Je ne sais pas où ils ont réussi à avoir 4 étoiles avec un hôtel pareil... Odeur d'égoût, de moisi dans les chambres Le plafond, les joints, la porte de la salle de bain étaient complètement moisis, noires, pourris Inadmissible de payer aussi cher pour une qualité aussi médiocre Nous ne reviendrons jamais, c'est certain !

The staff are so helpful and accommodating! Beautiful views from the restaurant. Excellent breakfast and brunch/lunch idea. Pay €20 per person for an endless breakfast buffet AND boxes to fill up on salad/sandwiches/cakes!! Genius!

The hotel has a good location.

The hotel promotes itself as spa hotel but the spa is only opened until 7pm.. we were looking forward to some nice relaxation after a week of hiking but since we arrived later than 7pm, we couldn't make use of it. Also, there is no AC in the hotel.. not sure how that is possible in year 2023 when it's 35+ degrees outside.. The fridge in the room is also funny - the max you can put in are 2 half liter bottles. The check in service was rather poor - we got bracelets but no explanation as to what these were used for.

Welcoming staff - a credit to the hotel. Breakfast were fabulous.

I loved that the property was an 8 minute walk to the lift. Nearby a bakery that you could get food at. The breakfast at the hotel looked great but pricey if you don’t want to eat much. The decor was ski based which was nice. Not a far walk to the town.

I felt that the staff should’ve been more knowledgeable about the skiing. For instance when asked where we could rent skis they told us a place but they should’ve said that we would get 20% off rentals. The shower needed to angled a certain way so it wouldn’t flood the bathroom.
