I had two stays at this hotel, before and after a tour of the island. So, some of this is similar to my other review. Reservation and desk staff are helpful. The hotel location is good, "next door" to Woolworth's grocery and a short walk to the waterfront for restaurants.

At some hotels, when you choose "twin beds" it simply means two beds, but here it really means small twin beds. They were not all that comfortable. The room was otherwise good. The breakfast menu did not suit us, but we knew that from our earlier stay and bought something at Woolworth's to have with coffee in our room.

staff weren’t up to speed in the cafe especially….very slow service and mixup with the drinks…no parking onsite so walked to nearest park….reception staff were supposed to advise us by phone when room was ready….that didn’t happen

Can’t fault a thing! We loved our trip. The view from the apartment was spectacular and the room was well thought out. Everything we could possibly need was walking distance and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Loved the pool to unwind and relax in at the end of a day of exploring the area. Highly recommend the apartments for spectacular views and facilities.

Reception staff was not accommodative.

We were so happy to be given a corner suite in a quiet corner on a high floor.We were taken aback at the beautiful view of Hobart from the room.Everything was perfect!

Our expresso coffee machine was unfamiliar to us so we had a bit of trouble getting it to work in the beginning.Otherwise,absolutely wonderful! Would be even better if they had a microwave in the room.

Great position and great amenities

We stayed for 5 nights and every single day our room wasn’t serviced until after 3 pm. There was no where in the hotel that offered anything to eat after 11am..

Room was nice with a beautiful view and hotel is in good location. Staff Prema was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was a rattling sound coming from the ventilation near the toilet. Friendliness and courtesy of other staff could be improved. Example a simple hello when staff enter the lift and also possibly holding the lift open when staff (who was already in the lift) notices customers with luggage. Was staff accidentally recorded a bar tab from our room at checkout which was eventually found to be incorrect (staff who noticed this swiftly assisted with correcting the error.though). Perhaps have checks and balances to ensure the correct room is charged.

I thought the breakfast is buffet and in hotel’s description didn’t say anything. But it wasn’t buffet. My iPad couldn’t connect to WIFI. But phones was fine to connect. No parking but friendly staff helped to fit our car in nearby public parking with fee.

Vibe is very comfortable, convenient and friendly. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or gym, but good to know it's there.

The breakfast room is a little 'public' but food was very good. We had booked a room for two (through bookings.com) but this somehow translated in the reservation as for one, and we paid for an extra breakfast. However no charges were added to the room.

Breakfast was amazing! Great to have laundry and kitchen facilities.
