We had to wait until the last minute to get access to the property so it was a bit stressful. The house had a strong smell of cleaning fluid and there was a continual beeping sound in the living area. The pool was lovely but cold when we went to use it. Also, we discovered at the last minute that the hair dryer was missing (getting ready for a wedding!) but the manager was good: he arranged for the cleaning lady to bring one over to us!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The located was very convenient and not far from local shopping areas (Palm Springs and Cathedral City). I am in PS often and would definitely stay here again.

After a couple of minor hiccups were resolved promptly at check in, everything went great. The pool and patio area in the back yard are very private with great views of the mountains. The pictures are accurate. Inside was spacious and well laid out. Yes there are jets flying overhead and occasionally they are loud enough to drown out your conversation for 30 to 40 seconds, but they did not come by often enough to have been a real bother for our group. The property manager/owner was responsive and helpful.

Don’t think owners were prepared for long term renters. We were under contract to stay 2 months. Overpriced for what we received.

Spent the weekend at this home with some friends and had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and location of the house was great, close to shops, restaurants etc. Easy to communicate with hosts and received quick replies.

It’s a spacious place with amazing views from the back yard. It could use a little TLC, as aspects of the furniture/carpets are very worn, and there were a lot of burdened out lights, torn outdoor chairs, etc, but it was all clean and maintained. There were plenty of towels for the pool and it’s a very comfortable place inside and out. We will definitely be back.

Needed to get out of the noise in the city and soak up the sun. Pool and hot tub were heated for no extra cost. Very few places are doing that in the area.

The house was exactly as described - 3 spacious bedrooms (the primary is on one side of the living area, the other 2 on the other side which means parents can sleep in ... maybe?!). The kitchen was well appointed and we made a lovely thanksgiving dinner. The pool was a hit with my kids - they spent most of their time in it and the owners kindly made sure it was heated and ready for our arrival. It is in a residential location but not too far from downtown or Palm Desert, and close to supermarket and restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay.

My family just loved the house, pool, jacuzzi and the view! Very spacious home ans perfect for our family of 8. The owners were always fast to answer our questions and we are just great full for being so attentive and for always answering our questions right away.

Everything worked, beds were comfy, size of house and furniture was nice. Wish the pool was heated upon arrival as requested, however. The decorations are nothing fancy at all. Price was a little high for what it was but it worked.

The property owners/ management were extremely easy going and responsive almost immediately to any questions. The property was super clean, spacious and accommodating. I love that they had every tool for cooking with along with a bbq, the pool was clean and hot tub relaxing, we seriously could not of asked for a better quick turn around in seeking a stay away that had everything. Though we had one accident the property was very understanding and communicative of how we can both work together to fix it. They have other listings available and I would absolutely chose staying with them again or at another property. Thank you!

We were thrilled to have a home to ourselves that we could enjoy without worrying about COVID concerns and sharing a pool with anyone. It was a perfectly relaxing and a beautiful home. Plenty of space for our family of five. My only recommendation to the owner is that if you are going to advertise this home as sleeping six, then shouldn't the dining room table also seat 6 people? Presumably people who travel together want to eat together. We carried a (already broken) chair from the bedroom to the dining room table and squeezed the five of us around a table meant for 4 people. It would have been nice with those warm nights to enjoy our meals outdoors, but there are no dining tables outside, so that would be another idea to make the home better. Lastly, the pool was heated to an ungodly temperature in the 90s, which made the pool feel like a warm bath and it was not refreshing. Even though we requested for the pool temperature to be lowered immediately (they sent a pool guy to do this the next day), even with that the pool never cooled below 90 degrees during our five night stay. With air temperatures close to 100, it would have been nice to have a refreshing swim in the pool. Then the hot tub was also in the 90s, so that actually never felt hot enough. I think if this were figured out, it would also be much nicer. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It was a delightful, although very hot, getaway!

Our stay was perfect. My mother was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and wanted to get away with my sister and I before she started chemotherapy. Sadly, my mom had an anxiety attack our last night there. The owner, Ana was EXTREMELY understanding and kind and allowed my mom to rest and said to leave whenever my mom was ready. She sent me beautiful messages of blessings and strength and was a dear friend to me in a very scary moment. The house is lovely and the pool is beyond gorgeous and clean. We were also able to take my mom’s dear fur grandson and it made our stay even more memorable. Not only is the house beautiful but the owner is as well. This house is very well located, clean and beautiful. I plan to take my mother back to celebrate as it has happy memories for us and the owner treated us as family.
