The house is in fantastic state. The beds were comfy, and we had all the appliances and utensils we needed. The location was wonderful being two blocks from the metro. Good restaurants, nearby and overall great location. The property manager was great to work with. We will return again.

Myself and two of my team members booked a local accommodation as an alternative to a hotel during our visit from Colorado. From the selection process to booking, communication, and our experience at the property, we couldn't be happier with our choice! We had everything we needed and loved the central location, which was close to many local hotspots all within walking distance. Our host was great - responsive and flexible with some requests to help make the most of our stay. I highly recommend it!

The house is wonderful. Clean, beautiful, quiet,comfortable beds, great communication with the host. This house is located in the perfect location for our son’s GW graduation. We had three generations staying comfortably together in the house. This is definitely a 5 star property.

A wonderful place to explore Washington DC

I booked Charlet's place as part of a celebration with close friends for a once in a lifetime honour that my wife received in DC. We looked at many properties. We wanted an elegant place with an authentic DC feel for this very special visit. From the bright interior to the well-appointed kitchen to the wonderful outdoor space with a BBQ to the location, this home could not have been better. What a wonderful taste of DC life. We are planning to return.

We loved the house, it fit our needs perfectly. So many yummy food options super close by. Felt safe and fun. Great coffee around the corner. Also, all the finishings and decor were perfect. Modern, clean, lots of natural light! We highly recommend!

This house is perfectly located, near restaurants, metro and a supermarket. The house is clean and attractive with all the necessities. Charlet was responsive and informative. I would love to go back!

What a gem of a property! It's beautifully restored, modern but cozy, and perfectly sized for a family or even a couple. There's a great little 'backyard' to use if the weather's nice, and it's nestled in a delightful neighborhood for walking. The property is just as listed; it's clean, well-maintained and has all the necessities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The off-street parking was easy to use and a definite plus. The check-out process was a great surprise - no long list of tasks to complete like we've found in most of our other vrbo stays. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back soon!

Very clean and spacious house with close proximity to shops and restaurants! My family enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows and the back patio area was nice to be able to eat outside. Would highly recommend!

Stayed in DC with 2 other couples. Location is great for dining out, grabbing a drink, or exploring. House was very clean and patio in the back was a great additional space. This was exactly what we needed for our stay in DC.

This place is a beautiful row home in the heart of DC. A close walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and museums. The weather was nice when we visited so having the outside table on the private patio was a bonus. It was very clean and communication was great. Would stay again!

This property is beautiful, clean, well located to the DC sites and obviously maintained excellently. The beds are remarkably comfortable. Directions and communication with the host were clear, accurate and helpful. We will certainly return every time DC is our destination.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlet's home! It is in a GREAT location in the heart of DC, with many restaurants within walking distance! The home is modern, clean, and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was immaculate and pure luxury. Every detail was thought out. We cooked everyday due to reservations being hard to find and I would only suggest to have more cutlery and serving dishes. We had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.

This was a great spot for our family of four to explore DC. The house was clean and comfy and consistent with the listing photos. Nice to have a kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Would stay again.

Great place to stay
It’s a very nice home. Super clean and the photos were accurate. Very close to the convention center, Giant Foods supermarket, and tons of restaurants. National mall is close enough to walk. Would definitely stay there again.
