The bed was comfy

On 3 occasions, staff tried to open my door while I was in the room. On one occasion, I was dressing and the door fortunately was locked! For R750, the accommodation was poor, and the host's service not at all friendly. Not to be recommended.

The garden and it is so peaceful and quit, we felt like at home. But I will suggest that they put the the name of the guesthouse to be big and visible because at night you struggle to see it.

Mangcobo the lady who is the house keeper she knows how to make the guest feel welcomed and home. Keep it up you are doing a great job. I wish your employer value your work you are doing there.

Location: Questionable. Hallways were unlit several times, not enough security in the grounds. Anything could have gone on and happened in those halls and individual places. Not safe.

Place was dirty, maid obviously not being trained or supervised. I could not warm up soup in a pot, as it was put back dirty. No dishsoap left. I had to buy dishsoap and window cleaner, as we could not touch anything for dust and fingermarks from the last guest. Food bits in microwave, pots dirty, dishes dirty, floors dirty, everything dirty, no top flat sheet, 1 "bath" towel for each person for two nights. Damp weather so damp towels. Slow set on TV for some reason.

Room and bathroom had enough space.

None.

Location in leafy heart of Kloof was ideal.
