Room is locate on the 3rd , window and balcony facing a big metal fence. Bedsheets did not fit properly and had oil stains.

property has an inner courtyard - never rent a room that is not facing the inner courtyard. Higher levels should be preferred.

I stayed only for 1 night, but the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay for 1 or 2 people, even with a child, for a longer period. The studio has been renovated in gray-green tones. Probably the owner wanted to adhere to the general style of the condo, which is also painted in gray and a lot of greenery. The condo has a comfortable swimming pool and a small gym. I traveled by car, there is good parking in the condo. The condo itself is located away from the road, the noise is almost inaudible. Only birds sing in the morning. Not far from the Blueport shopping mall. My impression of the accommodation facility is quiet, calm, comfortable.

Very clean, comfy and cozy flat with all amenities you need. Highly recommended for long stay of a single person or a couple. Will come back next season for sure

First of all, I was impressed by the building itself. I guess this apartment complex was built recently, so it's clear and beautiful. I liked working in the special co-working zone of the building. Talking about the studio, I'm obsessed with its soft and comfortable bed! The design in grey and green colors is also done in an attractive way. Moreover, there is a good set of dishes and kitchen items for cooking. The studio is located 5 min from the sea. There are a lot of shops and even some malls near the apartment. I highly recommend it!
