De ligging, goede douche en bedden

Door ondeskundig onderhoud en reparaties 3 verschillende lekkage's en 3 behoorlijk gevaarlijke elektrische aansluitingen geconstateerd. Wij hebben 20 defecten geconstateerd. Design is een wassen neus, alles wat bruin was is wit gekalkt.

Ligging en Locatie is prima. Goede Bedden, Flatscreen TV

Het onderhoud van het huis was bijzonder slecht, 3 verschillende lekkage's, 3 Gevaarlijke Elektrische aansluitingen ,ook in de badkamer open 220V aansluiting. Het Design is een kwestie van witkalken ( laat overal los ) door amateur wat bruin was. Buiten Terras tegen het zwembad aan ( Meeuwen kwamen iedere dag badderen, hoezo vogelgriep ) terras ieder dag vol met duivenpoep. Huis was voor het oog schoongemaakt, maar sanitair sterk vervuild.

The location beside the Marina is great. The apartment was perfect.

Host allowed us to check before the usual time. Property was perfect had everything and more than we expected.

The air con was very good worked fantastically although we didn’t really need it during this month in September . There’s an iron and ironing board , good tv and sofa. Comfy bed slept very well , very modern apartment with a lovely view. The pool is great overlooks the marina which is beautiful . Amazing shower !! Supermarket opposite the apartment which did fantastic bread and there’s a train waiting outside to take you to the old town every half an hour!

We were told the apartment had a balcony but just to confirm it doesn’t it has some slide doors by the living room which when you open them it leads out to the pool but you can’t put chairs outside because people walk past. We did have one slight issue with our apartment on the second day there was a leek coming through the ceiling it started off with a few droplets then there became about 6 or 7 , we put a bucket there which filled up to the top , the floor was flooded everyday we had to mop up and put towels down there were water marks on the walls, no sure where the leaking came from I did tell the owners but they said there is nothing they could do until we left, which is fair enough but then it started getting worse and we would have to mop up 4/5 times a day during our holiday the floor became very slippy and could of possibly been quite dangerous which I explained to the owners however they never responded to my message I asked for a short amount of money back purely just because we could of been injured and we took our time up to mop everyday and we’re staying in fear worrying if the room above would collapse but anyway the owners didn’t reply to my message and ignored it so I never got any money back . I know this can be fixed so it shouldn’t stop anyone from staying. Also we were only provided with 1 toilet roll for a week so we had to go the shop and buy some we went through about 5 . The pool was only cleaned out once a week and got very dirty quickly . No washing up liquid . Sliding doors were a bit dodgy where the ironing board was kept .
