Room in domestic house. Comfy bed and pleasant hostess.

Check your change. Like another poster said. The owner short changed me. Hard to find, could do with a sign outside.

The hostess was so very kind and helpful.

Did not get breakfast, we left at 7 a.m.

No TV on second room.

The electricity went out the second day, which i heard happens sometimes in this area.

Was canceld 9 pm. 1 hour before I was supossed to check in. I was waiting in el salvador for my flight to San Pedro. An alternatef was provider wich Idid not accepted because I did not know who it was.

Lovely hosts in what I'd call a bed and breakfast type of accomodations.

I do have a exceptional service from the personal.. They are nice people.

Door locker didn't work and make me feel a little unsecured but after I met the owner then I feel better.

They claim that they speak English which is a complete lie, they don't speak a single word. Their airport shuttle charged me an absolutely extortionate amount of money. Basically, I wouldn't recommend staying there.

I liked everything

Room was very elegant. Outside patio view, jacuzzi (no hot water), large bed, large tv, and expensive looking furniture. They had their own pulpería downstairs so you don’t have to go out if you need something small. Also had a good kitchen, dining room, and two very elegant communal living rooms.

Sorry but the owner, Helen, we did not get along :( I speak Spanish well (but not perfect) and when I came in and was talking with her I would make little mistakes she would make little snarky laughs when I made small mistakes in speaking. I felt like she didn’t want to take the time to listen to me. I understand it can be more work trying to understand someone whose Spanish is not their native language but it just made me feel so dismissive and small. There is no free ride to the airport. I really had thought there was, since that was the whole reason I booked this hotel in the first place all the way back in December. Idk, maybe I am the one mistaken, but I really had thought it had said that, maybe the policy had changed since I had booked? I’m not sure. It was all very fishy since she wouldn’t take my credit card saying she had to pay taxes so she didn’t want to, that she would give me a discount without taxes, but the price on booking ($33.75) showed that the taxes in that price were already included??? Also on booking it says you can pay with credit card. She charged me $8 or HNL200 to go to the airport? Even though it is 8km at most? When she dropped me off I asked the nearby taxi at the airport how much would it be to go to La Lima Medical Center (close to Bethlehem) and he started out with 150 😑. Also at the beginning she said that since she only had a nicer/bigger room she should charge me more but wouldn’t. Idk why she would tell me this since unless she would see if I would pay her more money or accept the high price of the ride? I’m sure other people it might be more important to them but for me, I just wanted a clean place to sleep next to the airport for the night. The ride to the airport was awkward and after I asked her the correct pronunciation ‘Bethlehem’ in Spanish, she asked me if I was Christian 😬. Idk, I’m sure she is a lovely person. Was a shame that it didn’t work out for us. I’m sure it did for others.

It was no very clean, are mosquitoes and insect around the place I know they're not responsable but them can tell before or provide repellent

Simply wonderful. We received a fantastic attention from the owner, a very enthusiastic Honduran woman. Even though our stay was very brief, we would book this hostel again. It's really good!
