Need new bed springs and matt..s and one chair in each room for dressing.

This was our 25th annual golf trip, and Gulf shores is where we started 25 yrs ago. Everyone had their own room and bath, huge lower level with plenty of room to spread out, and a kitchen area that was perfect for cooking and easily seat 16 people for dining. Pool, hot tub, and the beach right across the street…the house checked all our boxes….Zoe’s Zen is ideal!

Myself and my family (for a total of 16 people) spent the week enjoying this amazing place while visiting Gulf Shores!

My family of 17 people stayed at this property the week of March 13, 2023. We had a few issues upon our very late arrival and management sent a team out to address our issues the very next morning. The house is nice, but it appeared the renters before us did not take care of the property. There were many things in the house that needs attention. Location is great, not a far walk to the beach. Big plus and the ONLY reason I would book again at any properties managed by this group is the the attentiveness from the management team!

Our stay at Zoe’s Zen was perfect. Our group of 16 had room to spread out, yet be all together at the same time. Each bedroom with their own bathroom is a major perk to this property. We had a couple days with thick seaweed and the pool was a nice backup! We would recommend this to others with a large group.

We had a fabulous time at Zoe’s Zen. The property management was quick to respond when we needed something. The house was clean with lots of space. It was so nice to have a bathroom in every bedroom. Beds were mostly comfy. Beach access was very convenient and absolutely beautiful! My only requests would be to give more kitchen towels and have a big griddle available in the kitchen for making pancakes, etc. we had a great time and already booked again for next year.

We loved our stay! The house layout is great! The 1st floor was an open floor plan with two tables, two sitting areas, two refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, an ice maker, laundry and half bath! The other two floors are all bedrooms and having the bathroom with every room was FANTASTIC!! The kids LOVED the private pool and hot tub! It was a 5-7 minute walk to the boardwalk but we could view the beach from the bedroom balcony which made for a great morning coffee time!! Lots of space for parking! There was one king bed that should probably be replaced and we might recommend a little shade around the pool for parents to sit and watch kids, but not big enough issues to reduce how much we loved the house!! All around a fantastic place for our family vacation.

When planning a “family moon” for my sister and her family after their wedding day, we needed a place that accommodated multiple families and lots of children. Zoe’s Zen was above and well beyond our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The rental was clean, well taken care of, and truly housed a “dream vacation” for our families. On arrival, there were a few things that needed to be addressed. Prickett properties got right on it and had someone out to help us immediately. The pool guy was fantastic and cared about our experience. He made sure that the pool was exceeding our expectations. Him and his team went above and beyond for us as well as the people from Prickett. This will not be our last visit to Zoe’s Zen. It was everything we dreamed of and much more. I highly recommend this property 10/10! Definitely has the best pool compared to surrounding rentals. The kitchen was amazing and provided the necessities for our large group. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The views were amazing. There is so many positive aspects of this property.

We had a large group of 30 girls and this house could not have more perfect for our group. It was super clean, great rooms, and was perfect for a trip like this. We had so much fun at the pool and just hanging out at the house. I would 100% recommend this property!!

Great spot among other houses in area. No large condos around so beaches were not overcrowded. Short walk to public beach access. House was great - plenty of room for large family gathering. Main floor was open and great for meals, gatherings, socializing, etc. Top two floors were identical with five bedrooms per floor - each with bathroom. 3 rooms per floor had balcony access. Pool and hot tub in back was great too... nice charcoal grill in the carport area. Bring beach chairs - you can rent some but they deliver to the house not the beach... you'll have to tote them. Overall - very nice and comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience before and during the trip. Easy to communicate with and the property exceeded expectations. Such a great location.

The property was a godsend when the originally booked beach home cancelled our reservations just two weeks before our moms retreat! We had ample amount of space to spread out and sleep at night with its 10 bedrooms. I appreciated that the bedrooms were all king beds accept the two bunk rooms. Even still, the bunk rooms were nice to have women sleep on the bottom bunk and have their own bathrooms. What a joy! I was surprised to have seen this described as a “new build” when the home needed so many repairs. From the back door being filthy, first floor bathroom had towel holder torn down, to rips in the flooring that were taped back down, damaged stairs leading to rooms, trim ripped down from tops of cabinets and left not replaced as well as the upside down broken chair upon arrival…the home has experienced a lot of use in its young life. The kitchen, rooms and bathrooms were clean and in good shape. The home just needs a handyman to spend a day or two repairing banged up spots.

a dish with cigarette butts was near back door when we arrived. Strike plate for back door missing. Repairs are needed, back stair railing broken. Kitchen floor needs repair now, plywood covering damaged floor with VERY DIRTY rugs over plywood, looks like they haven't been washed in months. Other soft spots in floor in kitchen where you walk, feels like you could fall through floor. The entire place needs a thorough cleaning, bathroom toilets are black under toilet seats around rims, found lots of pet hair on floor behind our bed., yuck. One bathroom had no toilet paper holder. All floors needed better cleaning, feet got dirty walking around in home. No rugs by entry doors, no wonder it gets and stays dirty! Only two dishtowels and one dishcloth in kitchen. Also potholders in drawer needed washed!

We have a big group of friends and family so finding a reasonably priced 10 bedroom 10 bathroom house was difficult. We are so glad to have found this property. It had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well stocked. The downstairs open concept was awesome. If I only had one minor complaint is that we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the cleaners to finish before we could start vacation.

This house was perfect for our big group of 20. With 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms everyone had their own personal space and didn’t feel crowded at all. The location was great with a very short walk to the beach. There were a few things that could be improved but hopefully the soft spot in the kitchen floor will be priority. Overall, this house fit all of our needs and made it easy for our big group to have a memorable vacation!

This house was great for hosting our entire family under one roof within walking distance to the beach, and we LOVED having the pool. Overall a very nice vacation... The house just needed a few repairs (i guess a prior renter had sorta trashed it, and there was some shoddy work here and there that just wasn't holding up) so I'm trying to be understanding. Problem is that no one contacted us before a repair crew showed up and interrupted our day. Not great on the management side, but they responded and made it right when we notified them. Still, a phone call or text as a heads up needs to be how that's handled... Once all the issues are addressed, I'm sure it will be a 5 star property, just bad timing for us right in the middle of a packed busy season where I'm sure repairs are hard to schedule...

Beautiful property. 5/5 would rent again

Great experience with management staff. Always available whenever we needed anything or had a question. House is beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops and the beach is right across the street.

This gone had everything for everyone. It was spacious and comfortable. We had 18 ladies. We will definitely book this home again.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoe’s Zen. Communication was always fast and the property was exactly as described. We loved our stay; the amenities and location were perfect for our family!

We loved our stay.. and when small issues did arrive they were handled promptly and kindly.. if there were one critique it would be the lack of toilet tissue, dish detergent and washing powder provided.. those small amenities make a huge difference., But overall we were all quite happy!

Zen Zoe home was an easy process from the start. Within an hour of sending request for information on the home we had a response. The booking was easy and communication was a breeze. The house was perfect for our Vacation with 4 families total, plenty of room for everyone. The Pool and hot tub was amazing!!!! Location to the beach is right across the street which was one of the perks we wanted. The owner of the home as well as Prickett Properties stopped by a few times to check on things and we got to talk to the owner and learn more about the area. This is defiantly the place to stay!! We are already planning for next year.
