We absolutely loved this property, there were so many fun things to do! The only small complaint we have is that the pool guy came right after we arrived and I’m assuming he shocked the pool. He never said anything to us so we weren’t quite sure until two of the guests went into the hot tub later that day. One of them broke out into a rash and lost most of the hair on his legs. The other had his trunks bleached to a new color. Otherwise we all fully enjoyed being here and hope to rebook this house next year!! Thanks for everything!!

Great place to stay with tons of games and large spaces to entertain and play. Pool was perfect ! The rooms were all great to accommodate everyone we had with us.

There were a lot of us who wanted to play pool, but the balls did not roll straight and some sticks and the bridge were damaged. Also, more chalk would have helped.

Everything was so perfect and we enjoyed so much

The instructions and directions were cleared. The house had a lot of appliances and everything was very close in case you needed something from the market. We enjoyed our weekend at this place and definitely be something that we would need to do all over again.

Great vacay spot for large family, something for everyone! Pool and grounds were very nice. Layout of the house is perfect, better than the photos. Two quiet bedrooms away from the games/pool for little ones who need a nap and plenty of fun to keep teen's entertained. Few minor items need maintnenace upkeep but did not impact our stay. Hope to return again, love the interior design super fun!

We loved this house so beautiful ! We had a great time in the pool area and everything outside ! Inside the house all the games were very fun !

The place was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for 8-10 adults. Close to golf, Costco / grocery stores, and restaurants.

House was very clean. Best part was 6 rooms, 5 of them comfortable for couples, one more of a kid room. All but one room essentially had its own bathroom. Lots of games for kids to play, we utilized shuffle board quite a bit. Beds we’re comfortable. Would likely stay again. Only slight negative for us was some road noise behind property, but didn’t bother us for the most part. We were two families and everyone thought the house was great.

We had a great time. House has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms . Everything was great. Note the house does back up to a busy street so there is noise in the back yard.

Pros: This house has been fully remodeled and is absolutely gorgeous, we walked into a completely different looking house which was a great surprise. Pool and spa were amazing, as was the outdoor fire pit. For the typical pools seen in Arizona backyards this pool was a little larger than expected which was great. I was a bit concerned about the noise ordinance however there’s no neighbors behind so you have about 180 degrees of backyard without neighboring homes. Bedrooms are well spread out and the casita within the home is a great addition. I also liked that most bedrooms had TVs, some even had additional futons in addition to the beds. The showers are all amazing with great water pressure. The outdoor grilling set up was an added bonus. Poker table, shuffle board and pool table were awesome to have as well. Pool table needs updated sticks but we were able to play and have fun. This house is extremely spacious and plenty of room for multiple families. Cons: 1. Washing machine leaked, sounds like a jet literally taking off in the home and the dryer has a very loud squeak for the first 2-5 minutes of running. Do not do laundry at night if you’re trying to sleep. (Noted these issues to Oscar) 2. Smoke alarms started chirping around 1-2am the first night and I had to go to the store to get batteries. 2nd day while cooking (2 mins in) fire alarms started blaring and said carbon minoxide, unfortunately we didn’t get a response from vacation rental so we had the fire dept come out, all was good. 3rd day, Christmas, fire alarms went off literally every 3 minutes until we finally disconnected them. Our dogs were traumatized unfortunately.(Noted to rental company and maint Oscar) 3. The central heat went out so the house was super cold between 65-67 degrees. This would be living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms without separate units. The next day we were brought space heaters. Oscar (maintenance) was very accommodating and great to work with. He was super quick to deal with any issue and made sure we were taken care of. He has also updated me that the heating has been fixed as well as the fire alarms. I would definitely stay here again even after the hiccups as I’ve been informed that issues have been resolved. Since the remodel had just been finished literally when we arrived things like the washing machine leaking could just be from something not being tightened etc.

Overall great experience

Property was clean and well stocked. A home away from home. There were a few glitches with the outdoor lights, pool, and fridge. However, management was always available, quickly responded to the requests, and sent a tech over in just a few minutes. Looking forward to another family vacation here!

This is a very nice, clean and proper place for a family/friend vacation! I’m a pretty picky person but everything was in such a good condition that we didn’t have any problems during our stay! Staff and management company were very helpful! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

One of the best places I have stayed. Fast communication!!!!! It had everything we needed and more. My kids had a blast. There was even a sand storm and they had the pool cleaners out the next time instantly so we could swim!!! I will stay here a thousand times more!!

The property was amazing!! There is so much to do with little kids at this property. Lots of room & sitting areas, we will definitely be staying at this property in the future!!

My husband and our family stayed here two weeks ago and had a perfect weekend away. The home has everything and then some - it certainly exceeded our expectations in every way. The management company responded immediately to all questions and the amount of space this home provided was amazing. The property is sits back and the backyard is HUGE - the pool and spa is even better in person (also beautifully pictured). Really, I cannot say enough great things about this property - it is our new favorite home in the desert and we cannot wait to return!

We had a perfect Thanksgiving week at Casa del Sol. The house over delivered in every way. Clean, roomy, lots of fun activities and great location. We will be back!

Love this place and will definitely go back! The backyard is fabulous with a large pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. Everything was clean and the kitchen is well stocked, if you want to cook. The neighborhood is super quiet, and close to shops and hiking spots.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in its place and worked well. The pool and yard were great for all the teens we had with us. The inside of the house is nicer looking in person than the pictures. Things were well stocked. Overall, we were very pleased with the property. My only complaint is the master bedroom get a lot of noise from the air conditioning unit ?right above the bed). Luckily I packed earplugs and that helped. We would definitely stay here again!

We ended up paying more than our budget because it had so much fun outdoor activities (dart, poker table, swimming pool, and hot tub, snooker table, hammocks etc.), and this was particularly important to us during COVID since we could not go out much while in quarantine. However, when we arrived at the home, we realized quickly that the photos were misleading: Photos showed everything much larger and more spacious in size. The pool was not as large as we anticipated, the hammocks were missing, the poker table was missing, the dartboard was not hung up and missing the darts, and the snooker table was in a small weird space where one side of it was too close to a load-bearing wall so hitting the balls from that side was very awkward. There was also a hanging light fixture, which should have been on top of the snooker table, but it was apparent that somebody had moved the snooker table at least a few feet away from where it used to be, so one of the grown-ups ended up hitting his head not realizing how short the light fixture was mounted. As far as the home, we knew going in that the interior was old and needed an upgrade, but we didn't care, because the photos had made the outside (pool and all the activities I mentioned) look so beautiful that we figured with 4 kids we would prefer all those bells and whistles instead. However, the dishwasher flooded at the first use and smelt foul! We ended up washing all our dishes by hand for the first 1.5 days. This was incredibly inconvenient, given the fact that we were not going out to eat and we were cooking all our own food, and with 8 people (4 kids), we were making a lot of dishes! To add to all this, the air conditioner kept running at weird temperatures, even though we kept trying to set it to the requested 76 degrees that were noted in the instructions. Overall, the inside of the home, especially the kitchen area felt so old that we were worried to break something if we touched it. Now, some of the positives: the property representative was generally prompt and responsive. She did send a maintenance guy to put the dartboard up and replace the dishwasher the next day. She was also able to control the air conditioner remotely, so she helped fix that problem. After searching around the house, I was able to find a poker table top that was sitting in a closet, that we ended up putting on top of a table outside so we can play.
