Mi è piaciuta la facilità nel raggiungere la struttura, la pulizia delle aree comuni e dell'alloggio, la posizione a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, la zona è ben servita. Ci si immerge in un'area piena di relax tra un panorama mozzafiato e la piscina della struttura ben tenuta con la Jacuzzi. Le pietanze del ristorante ottime sia per la colazione che per la cena. Simpatia e professionalità del personale che creano un ambiente unico. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Location. This is probably the only hotel on the El veril and El ingles beaches that is not located on a hill, so you do not have to use stairs to the beach and back.

We've booked a see vue apartment, the one that we got on the 1st floor was sea faced( like all apartments in this hotel), but all you can see was the swimming pool and a wall. So we had to pay 11 euro per day to get a real sea view apartment on the 7th floor. The sewer smell in our room was quite unpleasant. Sometimes was difficult to find a parking space. The water pressure in the shower was weak .

perfect location for our needs, staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. even had a bottle of fizz delivered on my partners birthday (we never said).

Right on sea front. You can hear the waves crashing in if you have a sea front room. Staff were lovely. Lifeguard on duty by the pool at all times. Coffee good at breakfast. Allowed a late checkout at 5.30pm no quibbles and no charge. Superb. Fish dishes at dinner were great. Staff in restaurant very professional and kind.

No air conditioning in any rooms despite advertising as such on website. Only a ceiling fan in main bedroom. No bar or onsite entertainment. On site supermarket closes at 5pm every day. Food in restaurant not good, particularly for adolescents. "Orange juice" - well it isn't and I really don't know what it was. No drinks with evening meal - not coffee, water...anything. No English people in the hotel - 90% German so brush up on your Spanish and German for this holiday.

Cleanliness and view from the room

No air conditioner even after the temp goes to 35-39. You need to pay €10 for a remote in cash. Breakfast and dinner are not so good. This was told by regular comers.

The location was great, opposite the beach with all the facilities within easy reach.
