Location is close to downtown and River.

Our standard room was very basic with no soundproofing between rooms. A women in the next room had a chronic cough and it sounded like she was in our room! When we asked for a chair, we were told that we had two seats (stools) in the room and therefore we were denied a chair with a seat back. The breakfast was rather drab with no hot items.

The rooms had a cozy feel to them. The view of the water at breakfast was stunning! I appreciated the text before and after our stay also.

We had a beautiful view from our room. The property was quiet, clean and the staff member we checked in with was very friendly.

A minor issue but there was no ice in the ice maker in the lobby. The staff member was able to get me ice from elsewhere (maybe the restaurant) but it was a tiny container. Had it been after 7 when no staff was available it would have been disappointing. Again a minor issue, but it took a couple of tries to find a table to eat breakfast and have coffee that wasn’t wobbling around. It’s one of those small annoyances when on vacation and an easy fix for the Inn. Music or the local radio station playing when eating breakfast would be an added touch.

Comfortable room, with a lovely view. A great welcome at reception. Bracebridge is a superb traditional place and in a superb location.

Perhaps consider a more expansive fruit selection at breakfast.

Nice location, nice view.

The breakfast area wasn’t clean at all. No too many options, or almost nothing to eat. When we got there before 9am, breakfast was scheduled until 10am. The restaurant wasn’t available, the room we got was nothing close to show in the pictures.
