The forest was beautiful by itself, staff were trying their best.

The mice in the room. As soon as we arrived the tv had absolute no connection. It took over an hour to get it working. The table and barbeque area out front was dirty and ashtrays all over.

The falls were beautiful.

There was mold in the bathroom and one of the kitchen drawers. The entire cabin smelled musty and we had some trouble breathing/sneezing. Outside the one bedroom door was a very large pile of garbage and litter. There were no towels for us until we asked on the second day. I tried to adjust the blind only for it to fall off the window. I spent $1600 for 3 nights. Once I saw what I spent that money on I was disappointed.

Location was perfect, the room was ok, loved having a patio and bbq to use. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly loved being close enough to the falls to walk to. Would be great to have the pool opened.

the beds were really uncomfortable, the toilet seemed to take a long time to fill, smelled very musty when we first opened the door (we just opened windows)

Clean for the age of the property.

Unfortunately the room smelled musty and hard to get rid of that smell.

The hospitality was outstanding..anything that was needed was attended to right away by staff..will definitely come again

The son of the owner who ran the cabin area was very polite and helpful, Jessica at the front desk was lovely. The waterfall was stunning. Liked that it was pet friendly. The bbq was brand new. Property is large and has so so much potential with the right owner and funding.

Recycling bin full when arrived Fridge and freezer were not working. Fire alarm was also beeping Internet is extremely poor i was not able to work. If your dogs are fearful of oud Fireworks just know that they were set off nightly. Serious mold issues in bathroom Dust or webs inside in corners not cleaned Bbq food tools were absolutely vile Ant problem in the bathroom Broken furniture in front of firepit. Someone else's sock was in pull out couch Rat and mice poison left out around the property where dogs could easily eat it. Watch your pet every single second. Piles of garbage, debris everywhere on the property. Sheer curtains in the bedroom wake you at 6am Heavy machinery being run at 11pm A 6ish year old girl child running around naked in front of strangers. Read Google reviews about this place before booking, we wish we had investigated more.. we booked 3 nights and forced ourselves to stay just two.. we couldn't bare another night and happily lost $200 in order to leave.

Free tim hortons coffee in the morning and a perfect tucked in location right next to a beautiful waterfall.

There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. So dont forget to bring yours.

Location was convenient. Sound of the falls was a move bonus.

Property very run down. Many sites were packed with garbage. Cabins are dated. The whole place needs TLC!
