We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and a good layout for our large family. The view was beautiful! There was a lot to see and do within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and our son slept comfortably on the futon. The air conditioner was plenty to keep the unit cool at night. The beach towels provided don’t look like much but were actually really awesome. The kitchen is stocked with regular needs, but pots and pans were a little bare bones. The street noise was pretty loud at times and there’s not much you can do about that. Tips: We used the parking lot behind the building for $1/hr and got the app to pay for and extend parking and it worked great. I would suggest using the valet or coming in through the front of the building upon first arrival. The lobby/reception is very beautiful and you miss some of that if you come in through the back. The parking lot did get very full on the weekend after being very open during the week. The laundry room isn’t the nicest, but the machines are quick and efficient. They only take cards and are fairly easy to use. The detergent vending machines did not work on any level that I tried. Buy detergent at the store or the market downstairs. Many people use the machines so make sure you move your laundry when the machine is done. You can see and hear the Hilton Luau from the balcony in this unit. It’s pretty cool. We were not able to see the fireworks from the unit, though.

Let me start with the positives- great location, pots and pans were clean, linen crisp and clean. Now for the real review.. we had a very bad experience checking in. We walked in around 8.30 pm after a long flight to an unlocked apartment which was not cleaned!! There were dirty sheets piled up in the front room, trash on the floor and unbelievable trash in the bathrooms.We called Jennifer who was out of town and difficult to communicate due to the background noise from her end. She immediately said she will reimburse one night and will look for a cleaner... We later got a call from her sister Lydia who was helpful and accommodated us in a different unit. The next day we moved back to the apt we had booked. The layout is very good and the view is great but overall it is not well maintained. Very very basic stuff, towel rod in one bathroom was broken, balcony furniture was pathetically broken and no AC in one bedroom! There is only one AC unit for the living area and one bedroom!!! The front door is very old and does not close well- you feel a little unsafe. Afterthe initial problem was resolved the host never responded to our messages... not even an "ok" to acknowledge our messages . Let me tell you, this review is falling on deaf ears .. because I see some of the past reviews about amenities and broken furniture...obviously the host has not done anything to make it a better experience. Altogether just a 4/5 experience. The location is the best part of it!!

Excellent location and great lodging. Valet parking and access to upper floor units were both quick and easy. On property market was convenient and well stocked.

Location location location. This property is right in the thick of Waikiki. Easy walking distance to everything you need, especially the beach boardwalk. The property has some dated furniture and some of the outdoor lanai furniture is broken and very uncomfortable. The cookware is really bare bones and not in great shape. Master shower had lots of mildew. But again the property is in a fantastic location so easy to look past a few minor annoyances. Thanks to the property owners for a great stay!

Great stay.

Everything was wonderful, the place was pretty clean when we got there, the basic things were available for the most part. Only feedback we will give is the furniture from the dining room needs an update and the sliding doors need working locks (mostly for safety of children). Otherwise it was a great location, close to everything, parking was easy in the back of the hotel, not too expensive. Close to a beach, beautiful views. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 5 nights. Condo was good sized for family of 3 + couple traveling together. Although, we didn't spend much time in the condo because of so much to do in close proximity. Walked to breakfast at Goofys less than 5min away. Used valet parking service which was expensive but worth it when traveling w a toddler. The building has all the amenities you would want on vacation.

This property is exactly as advertised. It was very safe and comfortable.

This property has incredible views, is comfortable, and in a great location to walk to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, and shopping. The amenities in the hotel lobby were nice to take advantage of, including hula shows. It was a great place to start our Hawaiian vacation and we definitely recommend!

It is a beautiful condo with view We will go again

The property was as pictured and works perfectly for two couples or a group of 5. The space was open and well appointed. The private bedroom has its own air unit that keeps it very comfortable. The open living room, kitchen and adjoining bedroom struggled to be cooled by the unit in the living room but the additional fans that were provided made it comfortable. The location was very convenient and the information provided for nearby parking was much appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to experience your city with such wonderful accommodations. My only recommendation is that all messages are answered back to your renters. While my question didn’t impact our stay, it is always appreciated to be answered.

Older but great location

This was an excellent place to stay. Nice location and views with sufficient room and amenities for families. I’d recommend to anyone traveling with kids!

Great place for a family. My children love the view, the pool and even for a free luau show from the balcony. Overall I would book this place again in Waikiki.

This property was ideally located and in excellent condition. The condo was beautiful with amazing views.

The condo served us very well with our group of four on our week's stay in Waikiki. It's a very comfortable place with great views, surrounded by all the amenities we could possibly want. We had a rental car for the duration and we were able to find on-street (paid) parking without issue. The VRBO manager was accessible and quick to respond to our questions/needs. I'm not sure if this is a legacy of the pandemic, but there were no spices, sundries such as cooking oil, or plastic wrap, etc. which I have come to expect in vacation rentals.

I have stayed at this hotel before but not in a condo so I knew the everything about it. The condo was obviously nicer than a regular room. Everything about it was exactly what I expected and more.

We had a great stay at this property. This corner unit has views of the marina and ocean, and was clean and had everything advertised. If I were to quibble with anything, it would be with the kitchen, where there weren’t some fairly standard utensils like a pizza cutter, no spices, and only a few pots and pans. If you’re planning on doing any extensive food preparation you will need to bring or acquire some items. That said, we really enjoyed our time there, and would book again if the opportunity arises.

can't beat the location. easy walk to beaches, public transit, and places to eat. Jeannie was also extremely fast responding to issues with the TV which I very much appreciated since my father-in-law likes to wind down from a long day with late night viewing. condo felt big enough for the 6 of us and my kids had a blast!

Overall the condo was comfortable and well located. A few upgrades such as new bedding, lowering of the AC on/off switch, and a few more utensils, could improve the experience, especially for the price paid. However, we did enjoy the other upgrades and this unit really suited our family situation.

Our condo in the ilikai towers was amazing, better than the pictures showed. 2 patios, one me with a city view and the other a clean front was unbeatable. This is a corner unit and made all the difference. Plenty of room for 7 people. The building and location were so awesome. Close to everything. Best condo we ever stayed in Honolulu and will reserve this specific condo every time

Overall the listing was as advertised. Loved the view from the balcony , convenient location We were disappointed that the tV programming would not allow us to watch the final football games leading up to Super Bowl.

Pros: Jenny responded to all emails right away. This property had the best views of both the city and the beach/lagoon. We were a family of 6 adults and found this condo very spacious. Perfect location, less people on the beach here versus a (short walk) to Waikiki. Beach is a little rocky by the lagoon but if you walk over by the Hilton Village there are no shells/rocks. Cons: could have more amenities, would be perfect if cooler bag, beach chairs, umbrellas and "real" beach towels were provided (there were only thin polyester towels).
