Loved my stay at this lovely cabin in the woods! I rented this to have my family stay with me for my sisters wedding near Seven Springs and the property did not disappoint. The host, Jess, met me at the cabin, gave a tour of the home, highlights of what I needed to know and then provided me with his cell phone if something would come up. It was the perfect size. The beds were so comfortable. The house was stocked with all the essentials that you could possibly need and then some. Jess. has done some amazing things with this home and has plans for more which makes me want to return in the future. I highly recommend this property. With the stream out back, fire pit hot tub, large garage space to "play in", we took advantage of all of it.

Great cabin with lots of space, both inside and outside. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and game room. The cabin was also located near lots to do and was had a well appointed kitchen.

Scout Lane cabin is 2 minutes form the wedding venue. It is a spacious, well appointed log cabin style house. The rustic interior and motif give it a very warm and comfortable feeling. The outside property with Roaring Run Creek directly outback is beautiful and private. I would highly recommend this property for any occasion. Jess, the property owner, is very accessible and prompt to respond to any concerns or issues you may have.

This is a very nice property and we had a great time at the cabin. Jess is very nice and easy to work with. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.....loved the hot tub!

The property is as advertised or better. Jess and his wife are great, they really want you to not only enjoy their property but your whole trip! We do a family trip each year with our 2 adult sons and our 3 grand children. This is the best place we have ever rented. Plenty of room and something close by for everyone's interest. lots of room to get together inside or outside for bonding. I am real critical when rating a property because I use ratings a lot when I look for rentals. No worries here! I hope we made a good impression with Jess and his wife because we would love to come back.

The house was great and super clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fly fishing in roaring run directly behind the house was amazing, some of the most beautiful little native trout ever. I wish the listing would have shared that there is a second cabin located about 15 yds from the main house with a shared driveway. I thought it was a secluded property and the listing didn’t mention another rental dwelling even on the property. Other than not being as private of a getaway as I would have liked, the property was amazing, Jess was super thorough and the home was in great upkeep. Definitely recommend!

This property was clean and peaceful. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen equipment was great, and all accommodations were excellent. Jess is professional. He answers questions promptly and is pleasant. He knows everything about his property. We had a no stress weekend!

The place was great. The only issue was it was a little cold but the pellet stove warmed up the main room but didn't help the other rooms. The only other item was the doors were hard to close securely.

The house is accurately depicted online. It is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The location is private yet close to activities. We'll definitely return!

Second year in a row that we rented this cabin. Perfect for our adult family and the heated garage/Recreation room was perfect for hanging out and playing games

Everything was wonderful and the place has everything we needed. Very clean, enough space, and fully stocked. The host was very informative and helpful. He takes great pride in his place. One of the best rentals we have stayed in.

Exceptional getaway cabin. Host met us upon arrival to provide information and answer any questions. Home was clean and well stocked with essentials. Additionally there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. We would like to make this a annual getaway as everyone skis/snowboards and it’s close to Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

Short 10 minute commute to 7 Springs. Allowed us to go home for lunch. House had everything we needed. Our group of ten had a great time. Converted heated garage rec room was perfect for organizing our ski equipment. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the Christmas tree and lights! Jess was very helpful showing us around and giving us suggestions for things to do and where to eat. Would definitely go back!

Jess was very easy to work with and happy to share lots of information about the property and the surrounding area. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped which was nice since we were there over Thanksgiving. The house has lots of yard games which was also nice. We hope to visit again when we can stay longer.

Loved the house and location during our rainy weekend stay. Due to the weather we spent more time inside than we had originally hoped but couldn't have been happier with the house. It was very clean and comfortable & stocked with to many extra's to list. Jess the owner couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable from the booking process to showing us the house. You can tell that he takes great pride in the house and wants his guests to feel at home. I highly recommend this rental for anyone staying in the area and will be going back soon.

My sisters and I enjoy an annual weekend together with our mother and as we have gotten older we prefer a few more amenities. This house offered all we could desire, multiple bedrooms, plenty of space, hot tub, firepit, is nicely decorated, and is a great home base from which to visit several towns and enjoy beautiful fall days in Pennsylvania. We highly recommend this house.

We stayed the weekend for my son's wedding. This cabin is so clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The owners have it stocked with essentials. The linens and towels were included. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. We are already talking about having a family get away weekend this winter.

Jess's cabin was ideal for celebrating multi-generations of birthdays. We played hard and slept great in his very comfortable home. The grounds were beautiful, secluded yet easily accessible to markets and restaurants. Jess's attention to detail including games, fire pit and game room helped make this a perfect place to reunite family.

We were in town for a family picnic and found Scout Cabin. The Cabin was exactly as the reviews and description stated. Because we had young children with us, cleanliness is a priority and this place exceeded expectations. Jess was responsive to questions and informative at check in.

Great cabin in beautiful surroundings! Loved playing cornhole and sitting around the fire . Beautiful starry skies and stream behind the cabin.Close to Ohiopyle for hiking and rafting.Jess is super nice -easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about the area.

Jess met us when we checked in to personally show us around this fabulous rental property and all it has to offer: spacious rooms, fire pit, hot tub, great kitchen, gas grill, fire pit, mountain creek. Five other runners and myself stayed here for the Laurel Highlands Ultramarathon, and it was so nice, we were tempted to skip the race and just enjoy the cabin. Grilling and then chilling in the hot tub were a great way to celebrate our adventures on the trail. Would definitely stay here again, and I hope we get the chance to.

Unreal location on this house. 6 of us with plenty of space inside and Dynamite outdoor area. Everything was well stocked and clean. We would definitely rent this place again.

I rented this cabin for a wedding party get away for my best friend and her fiancé and family and it went way above our expectations! The property and cabin were beautiful and full of everything and anything you could think of. Jess was an amazing host and went over everything very thoroughly and even gifted the bride and groom a bottle of moonshine. All around an amazing stay and we’re already thinking of making another weekend trip soon!
