So Clean Quiet and an Amazing location with views

Nice, quaint little cottage. We had a great time. Very clean.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here! It was the perfect size for the 4 of us (2 young boys on the bunk beds). We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and fishing at the dock. Very close to great restaurants and the public beaches on St. George Island. The owners were fantastic! We had a small hiccup that was completely out of anybody’s control and they came immediately to help! They certainly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and we won’t forget that. Hope to go back soon!

Cottage was clean and comfortable, perfect for two guys fishing for the weekend. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Nice new tiny house, clean and had everything we needed! We would have rated the stay a five but upon check-in we were locked out! But the owner pulled up almost immediately to let us in. Also in the listing it was unclear we had rented the yellow tiny house as all three were pictured in the listing. But we would definitely come back here again! If you want to experience the real Florida this is the place to stay!

The place was clean and new. Everything worked as advertised and the kitchen was well stocked. We brought our boat and were able to park next to the trailer and launch at the public ramp next door. Bait shop down the street made it easy to load up for the day.

All about this vacation went as planned. Starting with the rental of this property for a week. Well organized, prompt response, and the place was picture perfect. No funny angles in the pictures you see! Clean, easy check in, already cooled…perfectly located walking distance of any kind of supplies…groceries or fishing. Short 10 minute drive from St George Island through a beautiful beach that’s part of the magic. Wonderful beaches, bike rides, golf cart rentals. Easy check out great family beach getaway close to the noise but just far enough for a quiet peaceful time. Thanks Susan!

Nice place to stay fully equipped.

Drove 12 hours was told unit would be ready it wasn’t!!! There was a tornado warning and severe lightning storm warning. After driving 12 hours had to turn around and 12 hours back home. Owners would not give even 1/2 of money back or reschedule for another time. They showed no concern at all for our situation and even had VRBO message me to tell me not to request refund or different accommodations

We loved are stay. The location for us was near perfect. Fisherman's choice bait shop, Big top grocery store, Bayside Coffee company and a public jetty all within walking distance.

Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Clean and convenient to restaurants and grocery store. We look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our three night stay in No. 3. It was lovely to be close to the water and be able to fish from the dock. The cottage was cozy and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, as was the couch and the place was spotless. We would recommend a welcome booklet with information about the TV, wi-fi, location of fire extinguisher and local places to eat. Information beforehand about what to do when you arrive would also be useful. However, Susan and her daughter were very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely visit again!

We had a place to park our boat, dock and bait shop right next door. The place was clean and so cozy, bed is super comfortable! We will definitely be returning! Grocery store across the street and everyone was so friendly!

Sunrise Cottage was perfect for my sister and me for a quick trip to the area. It was clean and the walk up ramp made it so easy to access the cottage and to load and unload luggage and supplies. We enjoyed seeing a variety of birds during our stay. The cottage is close to many local attractions and we also took advantage of the seafood market next door to load up our cooler for the trip home. Check in was easy and the property owner/manager responded quickly to any questions we had.

The view of the water is amazing - walking distance to great food, grocery store and ice cream! Kayaking available - boat ramp if you are bringing that sort of fun with you. Fishing at your beck and call. Very clean place and well taken care of!

The cottage was clean, cute and cozy. This is a perfect get away to rest and relax. Close to St George Island snd the beach.

We had a wonderful time. Took our two dogs. It was so clean when we got there. Had a couch cover so the dogs felt at home. First vacation we had been on in forty years. Met our neighbors and everyone was nice. Susan made the check in process very easy. My husband is a tall man so he slept in the queen bed and I slept on the lower bunk. Both beds were very comfortable

Highly recommend these cottages!

I typically enjoy the sights and the sounds of being at the coast. Our tiny house was closest to the road and the window A/C unit at the seafood market next door, both of which totally masked any of the natural water and wildlife sounds. The tiny house was spotless and the staff was very welcoming.

We had a great time beautiful views of the sun rise. Loved you could sit out and watch the pelicans and the other wild life. I would definitely stay here again.

The cottages are so cute, and perfect for a little getaway! Minutes from St. George Island, within walking distance of several restaurants, and has a beautiful view. Perfect location to be able to enjoy the coast/beach, but not dead in the middle of all the business of staying on the actual island. It was very peaceful. Host was amazing as well. Very quick to respond to messages/inquires. We will definitely be staying there again!

Clean, quiet and no loud partiers. TV and wifi worked great. Don't worry about the fishing weather as you can buy fish next door. Local restaurants were fine and not crowded.

Had a nice time. If we were fishermen it would have been really perfect. Not far from St George and Appalachiacola so we had an easy time seeing the area.

The places was extremely clean and had what most would need for a nice stay. The bedroom could use a dresser not just the two drawers under the bed. The bathroom needs shelves next to the sink and the shower curtain needs to be raised so that water doesn't splash out. It was at my shoulders while I was in there.

This place was very nice and clean. It was not handicap accessible on the inside but it was on the outside. The stay was very nice and relaxing. It was a quite peaceful stay away from home if I had to do it again I would. Nice stay for a couple on a romantic weekend.

Nice, clean & comfortable. Very good communication with the owner. Her brother checked on us & we along with neighboring visitors became quick friends. Only problem was the street noise in the early morning.
