We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found our hosts to be very responsive and helpful. The property is just as advertised and a short walk from the beach with amazing sunset views overlooking the ocean. We will definitely return.

The house is beautiful and in good location, situated a few streets back from the beach. Nice views.. A spacious open plan living area on the 1st floor and good sized lounge on the top floor. Easy communication with the hosts. We had 8 adults book in for 3 nights, though their stays were cut short by some minor issues. 1 couple were woken up by an ant infestation on the bedhead on the first night. The ants were sprayed, but kept coming back. So that ensuite room could not be used. They moved into one of the bunkbed rooms. There were a couple of other minor issues that the host was informed about and are being rectified immediately. The hosts are great at taking on any feedback and getting on top of the issues. The main let down was paying a premium price for a house, where a few things didn't function and an ensuite room couldn't be used due to pests.

We stayed 12 nights and had a brilliant time. Age range of guests was from 7 to 76 and house was perfect for everyone. The views from the balcony of the coastline are amazing and lots of bird life to be seen. Kids loved the pool, foosball table and table tennis table downstairs. There is also an additional lounge area upstairs with a PlayStation that became the kids retreat while adults relaxed in lounge below. House was extremely well equipped with enough toilet paper to last our whole stay and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Gnarabup is a small town but has a brilliant pub called the Common that also does takeaway and we also enjoyed some meals and coffees at the White Elephant cafe that overlooks Gnarabup Beach. Andrew and Emma were very responsive hosts and check in was easy. Highly recommend this house for a large family group.

This property was great and just as the listing described, however it could have benefited from more attention to general cleaning as there were dead flies on a couple of window sills and floor areas.
The only other thing was there no was no lock on the toilet door which was annoying. Otherwise a fantastic stay was had!!

Hi Emma and Andrew , We loved your house and had a fabulous few days . The house worked really well for the 10 of us . Thanks for your hospitality .
Couple of small issues to note :
1. Add a couple of tea towels . (were 10 of us)
2. FYI , light over stove is defunct.
3. Hallway loo difficult to use , button jams.
4. Toilet an bedroom at top of stairs doesn't shut down properly .
5. Couldn't find the instruction manuals .
Small items but , but why not bring to your attention .
Will book again some day.

The hosts were communicative and supportive with our requests. The house came equipped with all that was necessary to make the stay very pleasant. Aircons were working well, heaters were working well too.

Amazing Property!
This property was amazing for what we wanted for the few days as it was huge which was perfect, brilliant location only 2 seconds to the pub and close to the golf course which suited us!
The best part was the simply amazing service we received from the owners, they could not be more helpful and absolutely lovely to work with!

The property did not disappoint - we were 3 couples - the rooms were all spacious and we all had our own ensuites. the property was stocked with everything we needed from irons, hairdryers, fully stocked kitchen, bbq etc and fantastic views. would highly recommend A La Plage

Beautiful home in a great location. Walking distance to some great little cafes and beach.

Great get away with friends
We chose to stay at A La Plage Beach House and were not disappointed from the start to the end of our 3 day escape. There were 8 of us in total and one of the attractions to this house was the space and that everybody had their own room for privacy and bathroom...... no sharing which was great!!
Andrew and Emma were the perfect hosts from the moment we applied to rent the house to checking out. Any questions were answered pretty much immediately. The cheese platter that was organised was fantastic, along with the choccies and wine.
The house is in a nice location not to far from the town center, but with a great little local within walking distance that have great food, staff and atmosphere.
We loved the house and would definitely come back.
Thank you Andrew and Emma for a great house to escape and have a little get away for my husbands 50th.

Fabulous a la plage
From the time we viewed this property on Stayz we knew it was perfect for us. 10 friends who were looking for a place to hang out together. We celebrated a birthday with a fabulous dinner. Everything we needed was at the house. Fab views and a great fire to watch the gale force winds and torrential rain. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen and we loved every minute we spent there. Thanks Andrew and Emma for everything

Fantastic home, well appointed
Great location and very private - beautiful trees surround the deck and pool. The kitchen is properly equipped and even has a Breville espresso machine and grinder. Well appointed with lovely furniture and a wood fire. There were 10 adults on our trip and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Easy walk down to the common for dinner. Andrew was very helpful and so fast to respond to any communication. Would definitely stay again!

Picture Perfect
An excellent home perched on the hill overlooking Gnarabup Beach and Prevelly further to the right (as you look out over the ocean). The property was an excellent base for our weekend when we were attending the area in a small mixed group for the Margaret River Ultra Marathon. Contact with the owners was very easy and everything was arranged seemlessly. We didn't use all that was there, but this would be excellent for family groups or friends who want to use it as a base or a retreat. Perfect location and fantastic outlook.

Our stay at the A La Plage fabulous and accommodated our large family.
The A La Plage was the perfect stay for our large family in preparation for our daughters wedding. Location was quiet and serene and was the perfect spot for the wedding photographer. Only a short drive to Margaret River and Caved Road. Highly recommend - We will definitely come back!

This property is amazing. A little piece of heaven here on earth. I couldn't recommend this place enough. It's the kind of place you never want to leave... One power ball and I would have myself a brand new home. If you are looking for a luxury retreat then look now further.

Sunsets and Surfing
A La Plage was perfect for our group of parents and teenagers. The pool was a blessing after long hot trips to the beach and the ping pong table got a workout. The large table sat our whole group and the kitchen was well appointed.
