All good things from us. Hot tub was clean and the house was spotless. Only issue we had was that it rained all weekend but thanks to the pool table we had it covered!

We arrived and started having fun immediately! We explored the neighborhood/boat ramp and made a quick run to Walmart for groceries! The cabin is perfect sized with plenty of space inside and so much privacy and woods to enjoy! The owners love this home and it shows! Plenty of towels, nice bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen with extras. WiFi worked great although none of us used much! We had a bonfire every night. The boys collected firewood and we all enjoyed the hot tub and outdoors. Beautiful deck to watch the sunrise or sunset…the stars shined so bright at night! We hiked at Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls and Twin Falls. Perfect for our short trip before HS baseball…could’ve stayed longer!!

Unfortunately it was rainy the one full day that we were there, but the cabin was beautiful, the hottub was awesome, and we will be back if we're in that area again!

The house is cozy and clean, the beds were comfy, the hot tub was wonderful and the view was peaceful and beautiful! The only issue was finding the house, it's a little farther down and across the street from where GPS takes you. We came from out of state to visit family for Thanksgiving, we'll be staying here every year going forward.

This was a nice peaceful getaway! Will definitely stay here again!

Wanted a quick getaway to Center Hill Lake to see the beautiful fall colors on the water. Tucked away in the woods, yet close enough to good food, great downtown shopping, and two different marinas, this sweet little cabin did not disappoint! We loved the rustic, secluded feel, and we will absolutely look at staying here again when we head back for boating this spring. Thanks to the DeWitts for a wonderful weekend!

Well stocked, clean, and peaceful

Both couples enjoyed the open floorplan of the main floor and the great views. Pool table and hot tub provided great entertainment options. Overall, a great place to stay!!

Our host, Marshall, was an excellent communicator and gave clear instructions about checking in & out. He was responsive when we had a question. The bed linens were very nice & the beds were comfy. The “common area” was spacious & airy with comfortable furniture. The surroundings were quiet with plenty of trees and lots of options for outdoor seating. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very relaxing stay!

There was visible broken furniture right when we walked in. The hot tub was full of dirt and smelled rancid. It had not been cleaned in a very long time. The porch was covered in layers of dirt and dead leaves. Also, not properly cleaned in a very long time. It took us 20 minutes and half a roll of paper towels just to clean chairs to sit down outside. We attempted to call the property manager 3 times. They finally called back 2 days later after we checked out. If we would have been locked out, we would have had to go home. If you want a filthy place to stay with a property manager that won't call you back, then this is your place. Worst VRBO experience ever.

Really enjoyed the location, privacy and the overall house. Was super well kept and had all that we needed just to sit back and relax. Great overall experience

Me and my wife came here for a getaway for our anniversary, it has an excellent well kept pool table that we enjoyed as this is our game of choice. We enjoyed the hot tub for about an hour but all in all it was so cozy we just spent most of the time nestled on the couch watching movies together and enjoying the scenery.

We vacationed in Tennessee in order to do some hiking in the beautiful state parks. This house was great and we enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes each day. Really nice back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Super clean.

My husband and I celebrated our bdays. We had a great time. My sister, her husband, and my baby nephew came the 2nd night. Due to hail and rain we couldn't venture out, the home had PLENTY for us to stay occupied. The hot tub was great in the middle of the cold night. It was all 4 adults bdays, we weren't planning on my family staying, but we were having so much fun, they stayed. Plenty of room, plenty of games and movies, and beautifully decorated.

The cabin is awesome! It’s comfortable, clean, has everything you need. The renter was awesome, they let us change a day with no problem. The beds are comfortable, the pool table is awesome, we will stay again in the summer for boating season!

This location was the perfect set up for a girls weekend where we just wanted to hang out and relax. The house is so cute and adorably decorated. It was neat and clean and a great place to rent! The trees surrounding the house were changing colors, so it was a very pretty atmosphere and just what we were looking for!

This was a great little cabin. They had puzzles and games available to use. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. Plenty of utensils and towels. Only like 10 minutes or less from Walmart if you need anything.

Absolutely perfect for our trip. It had everything that we needed for our stay and plenty of room. There was a smell that kind of smelled like sewer at times and that's the only complaint we had. We lit the candle and it got rid of the smell. Besides that it's perfect and we plan to come back. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, get the smell fixed and it's a perfect 10!

Only two issues. Lights on back deck didn’t work so we couldn’t hang out outside. Also started having ants in the kitchen.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this little gem! It was perfectly situated near several attractions we were interested in visiting (Center Hill Lake, Cookeville, Edgar Evans State Park, etc.). We enjoyed the space to spread out (upstairs/downstairs) and the amenities (wifi, deck, grill, hot tub, etc.). We had no trouble hearing back from the hosts if we had a question. We all really hope to stay here again!

Not a spider web in site (inside or outside), etc. Very, very, cute.Only negative is that the downstairs beds aren’t really conducive for adults, but there is plenty of room for more study beds. Also, I don’t recall the hot tub being marketed - if it works you should add that to the listing.Overall super super place and if it’s available we will book it again.

My family and I had a great experience. Cabin was wonderful, just like the pictures. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Cant wait for my next visit!

This is a very nice property, great for all ages. Everything we needed was provided except for groceries. There were plenty of cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergent as well. The hot tub area was nice and secluded and very clean. The large deck has plenty off seating and is in good condition, nestled in the peaceful woods.

Excellent place with nice amenities. This place was clean and nice. Hot tub was awesome, Ac worked great, the shower has super hot water for a good shower. Overall a wonderful stay and I would book again. Host was very informative and check in/out was easy.
