I really liked the privacy we had, although there were other guests we barely saw them. And our room was very clean and my daughter liked that. Also the bathroom was spacious. Let me not even get started on our hosts! They were absolutely amazing and awesome! It was our (me&my daughter) first time in Durban and they literally went out of their way to make sure we went to as many attractions as possible over the weekend,drove us around to wherever we wanted to go and took the time texplain to us what was what when we passed an historical site. Will certainly book them again when we go to Durban again.

We didn't like that the water was a bit much on the bathroom floor and the kitchen being all the way down on the ground floor (we barely used it because of that) and our room was on the second floor.

This is actually a school, the staff members are very friendly. we were able to have a reunion with ease. freedom of movement and no restrictions.

seeing that this is a school, most of the maintenance services stop when. the schools are closed, Iwould suggest that the school hires a temp, who will ensure that the showers and Toilets are cleaned, even if it's a half a day temp, it will help on the upkeep of the facility. They can place a similar arrangement for someone to clean the pool, even if it's once a week until the schools reopen. I thinks by ensuring the upkeep of the place, will invite more visitors, maybe they can even raise the lodgings fee a bit in order for the school to benefit more.

It was a false advertisement,the place wasn't what we saw from the booking.com.it was filthy.the swimming pool was also filthy.it was a waist of money.i wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.This is not even a guest facility it was just primary school

I like everything about that place if it happens we will come back we really enjoyed being there.

The place is little bit far from the town.

Whilst the facilities at the backpackers are basic dorms the cleanliness, extra blankets on a cold night and hot clean showers more than make up for the basic offering. Sembe and Engela went out of their way to ensure that I had a great stay. Thanks guys, will definitely see you again.

Bathrooms are not clean

The place is great but there is no customer care at all. Someone come and knocked in my room whilst sleeping and asked for payment. I payed online already before even going to the place. The overall experience was disappointing!!!

I stood at the gate for 30 minutes, the security was sleeping. I was helped by someone inside who was going out. There was no toilet papers i had to go to my vehicle to fetch one and the water was cold when I went bath.
