Booked a disabled room, but were given a regular room. I was in a wheelchair because I had a broken leg. So, not ideal. We complained to the front desk but the clerk seemed to not understand, We're Canadian, and English is our first language! We eventually got a new room, but it took entirely too long to have the room changed.

Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We used the complimentary shuttle service from the airport which was fine. We called after picking up our luggage and it arrived in about 15 minutes, The Publix grocery store was nearby so we were able to buy some wine to bring onto our cruise ship.

The airport shuttle took a long time to arrive. The breakfast was only so so, it filled you up but it lacked pastries. The pancake machine makes good pancakes though. The bare bones ascetic of the rooms at tru are not particularly appealing to me but they are functional. I noticed that people were waiting a long time in the morning to catch the shuttle to their ships, on the other hand we got our Lyft within minutes and paid half .

I loved the free shuttle although I think we waited a good 45 minutes maybe even an hour. I also was glad that you provided an easy sign up with “WAYS” to get us to the cruise port and also the return to the airport.

I tried and tried to get through to the hotel during the lay over in Austin. I don’t know maybe the phones don’t ring in Florida at lunch time. Very frustrating. Called and called no answer. Around 12:30 to 1:30. Who knows maybe to busy.

Rooms need more than a bed and desk chair for the money. Spartan is the best I can say. NO place for 2 people to sit in the room.

It was clean and very nice.

Outdoor area is very inviting. Really liked the 24 hour coffee with flavored cream. Large spacious room

Waited over 45 minutes for shuttle from airport. Our guest room floor was very dirty. The shades didn’t work and the TV had sound but no picture on half the channels. On checking out I shared my concerns and the staff was indifferent and unapologetic.

Nous avons commandé la navette à 2 reprises, nous avons attendu 1h20 pour finalement se commander un taxi. Appeler un vol d’avion, la fatigue, se retrouver debout pendant 1h20 à attendre avec nos bagages,, c’était vraiment frustrant . Les navettes des autres hôtels ont défilé à trois reprises et jamais une seule navette de notre hôtel Petit déjeuner sans intérêt, faible qualité pour le prix de la chambre. La chambre coûtait 342 $ US et j’ai donc été facturé avec les taxes pour 502 $ pour une seule nuit, pour une chambre avec lit King, non pas une suite !

Check in was terrible. We arrived at noon. We didn’t expect the room to be ready so when the said it would be around 3:00 that was ok. We got into our room at 5:30!!! Service was not good.

O anunciado Transfer de FLL, disponível 24 h NÃO FUNCIONA. Motorista desatencioso, apesar de estar instruído de que somente chame o Transfer quando estiver pronto com as malas, que foi o que eu fiz, quando acionei o motorista (e já eram cerca de 23:00 h) ele Me disse que “estava esperando” passageiros no Terminal 3 é que iria demorar uns 25 min para me coletar no Terminal 4. Passou-se 1 h e eu e outros q estavam aí decidimos tomar um táxi para ir ao hotel. Desatenção e ineficiência. Narrei esse episódio quando cheguei ao hotel e foi como se estivesse falando com as paredes. Muita ineficiência de todos os envolvidos …. O outro Dia de manhã , o Transfer funcionou bem (agendado na noite anterior …)

Clean,friendly,good value and comfortable. Staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful.Daphne and Diarra were especially helpful and went out of their way to be kind.

Maybe could have been a little bit more fridge food choice but no complaint. We were just late.

Close to the airport and a free airport shuttle on offer. They had a hot breakfast on offer every morning and tea, coffee and water was always available. The beds were comfortable.

Too far from the Marina of the Everglades Cruise Terminal. Wish we’d booked at the Marina as the room views would have been better than the carpark that our room overlooked. No laundromat on the premises.
