Perfect location. Beach just below. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Well equipped kitchen for self catering needs.
There's a lot of stairs up to this top floor apartment, which might not suit everyone.

netflix did not work
wifi was rubbish
whilst the apartment was good the shared areas getting from the front door to the apartment were very "tired" and not in keeping with standard of the apartment

Really well equipped property, nicely decorated, easy to access & good location. We didn’t want for anything and cooked our meals there happily. Dish soap & cloths were provided which was helpful.
Only slight niggle was the bed wasn’t very comfy but I guess that’s a personal thing! It’s a double but my partner is very tall so couldn’t get comfy.

Good communication from the host- easy instructions to access the property. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great location to explore Saltburn . Opposite the beach, sea view. Would return and recommend.

Beautiful decor, finished to a high standard. Quiet location, spacious apartment. Lots of free parking.
Would have benefited from a king size bed as the bedroom is very large.
Seats were a little high for us at the breakfast bar, but that’s just our preference.

Spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great location and the side sea view was a lovely surprise.
We don’t have any criticism of the property itself. We would definitely go again and recommend to family and friends. The only slight criticism is that the communal entrance area was a little run down.

everything about this apartment was excellent. The fixtures and fittings together with the furniture and upholstery were all top quality. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Fortunately we were able to manage the stairs but these may possibly be problematic for some so feel this should be highlighted more.

More towels would of been nice. A lot of stairs up to the top, not sure if that was mentioned when booking as wouldn't be suitable for everyone.

The apartment was in a great location, 5 minutes drive to wedding. Would live to revisit in the future to see more of Saltburn
I arrived on my own and was quite difficult to see keysafe numbers

location of the property with the sea views,very clean .
the flat was at the top of the building, exactly 39 steps to climb,and although we are both relatively fit ,climbing 39 steps after a good meal,puts a dampener on the evening .

The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen.
The stairs were quite a challenge but it is a top floor apartment with a sea view. We are a couple in our seventies but the stairs would not put me off booking again.
