Booked this location for my fiancés birthday had a blast being at this property. Communication with the house property manager was great responded to everything I asked him about or informed him. Had no issues with the property at all. Did find a little cleanliness was lacking a little bit overall no to bad. I would stay at this location again like I said had a great time with family and enjoying a birthday as well. Would 10/10 recommend.

We had a great family weekend. The pool with the Baja shelf was the best for our little toddlers. We all loved relaxing at this beautiful home. The host was always responsive to every question. We would definitely return.

The house was exactly as advertised and a perfect home base for a golf getaway. Clean, comfortable, and convenient, with the added element of providing some fun and entertainment within the property when considering the pool and putting green outside and the pool table and games inside. I hope it's available next time I head to the desert.

The house is very clean and perfectly located in PGA West. It has all the amenities you'll need. Kids loved the pool and bikes. Will stay again if able.

Really liked this property, would definitely stay here again. The process to book, check in etc was super efficient, the property has everything you would want for a fun stay - besides the pool & hot tub, there’s a pool table, foozeball, arcade game and lots of TV’s. The house also is well stocked with whatever you need (towels, kitchen appliances etc) and there are 4 bedrooms so lots of room for the kids to have their privacy. It’s right in the middle of PGA West, so easy access to excellent golf courses. All in all, full marks!

I would have given the property a 5 star rating. However, we did not know about the cameras until after we signed the paperwork. We felt The cameras were an intrusion on our privacy. We always felt uncomfortable while we were in the backyard and side yard.
We understood they were there probably because of the pool.

We came here for a short golf weekend. The house was fantastic. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of what it had to offer. Everything was great.

My friends and I had the best weekend at Casa Havana! The house was clean and spacious with awesome amenities (pool, billiards, foosball, putting green). Eddy and his team were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house. We didn’t want to leave!

Everything about this vacation rental was perfect from the first moment we arrived. There was a welcome screen personalized with our names. Clear instructions, immediate communication and response time, helpful labels throughout the home, and everything needed to fully relax and unwind. Plenty of pool and bath towels, all the toiletries, a/c, and even pool floats! There’s a beautiful fire above the pool that really enhances the evening enjoyment. It’s truly a beautiful home! Our kids loved all the games, we had fun taking the bikes for a ride, and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you need. We’d love to stay here again!

The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need to spend fun time with family. We had a blast using the pool and watching golfers get frustrated :)
The kitchen is fully stocked with every possible detail.
If I were to be nit picky, I would point out the location. Its in a large community which makes it lengthly to get in and out. But its a very small thing really.
Eddy was very responsive and helpful.

I have rented many homes but this home by far was the best. Easy check in, fully stocked with all amenities. We had a 3 & 4 year old and the video game, putting green and foosball table kept them busy for hours. There were plenty of bikes/scooters and helmets everyone.
Most importantly the beds were comfortable and sheets were high quality. Adults and kids all wanted to stay longer.
You will not be disappointed if you rent this house. I will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay for our trip to Indian Wells. Very nice property in PGA West. Very comfortable indoor and outdoor living space. Hot tub and pool were great! We would come back!!!

Great neighborhood, house was really nice and well equipped. Quick responses to any questions or "how to's". Only issue was with the Nest Thermostats they kept going back to "ECO" and it was unseasonably cool during our stay and the Casita wouldn't stay warm. The Tubs and shower floors were extremely slippery.

We have stayed at numerous PGA West properties and I must say that the pool at this property is the absolute best. The entrance/temperature were so great that even my 80 year old mother who had a recent fall and hip replacement was able to enjoy it. Configuration and quality of the patio furniture was also ideal. The cleanliness of the house was also top notch. The kitchen was also perfectly stocked - not too much stuff that it appears cluttered, but had everything we needed.

The place was amazing. The lady did a walk through with us when we got there to make sure everything was working and she answered all the questions. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to go back

Stayed with adult children and grandchildren in early August. Pool and misters were awesome. Arcade game a hit with young grandsons. Everything that we needed was provided. House was perfect for our party of 8. Celeste and Eddy were quick to respond to any of our questions. Overall, great stay at a beautiful property!

Host was a great communicator. The noise rules are a bit tight, but that is normal for Palm Springs/Palm Desert. Would stay again!

Perfect Spot
Wonderful Vacation Rental! We did not want to leave. Our party was a total of 9 people (6 adults, 3 kids) and the layout worked great for us. The listing is very accurate and very CLEAN! Very nice neighborhood, spectacular views, all the extra amenities....were great. We loved the added touches for the kids! The property management group was very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous Getaway
We loved our getaway. It was the perfect change of scenery. The house, pool and spa were amazing. The pool table and foosball were a very fun addition. . Eddie was always responsive to any questions. The house was bright and happy and everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable was provided — from shampoo and conditioner to keurig pods and seasonings. — we needed to bring food and drink and that was it. We hated leaving and hope to return again very soon.
