This was our first trip to Lake Guntersville. This location provided great access to the lake and was spacious enough to fit 2 people comfortably. Close access to launch your boat and an awesome boathouse to dock and charge your boat in the evenings to be ready for the next day. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Excellent communication with the owners. I have a 19 foot bass boat and the boat house accommodated it very well. You do have to go under a short bridge to access the main lake. My boat with Talons had about 1 1/2 foot clearance. Very quiet area. I would definitely recommend.

This cabin was easy to find and in a rural area that was quiet and peaceful. It was comfortable, clean and neat. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we had questions and living on the property was a plus. The only disappointment was the extreme heat (unavoidable) and the grass in the lake (again unavoidable) which made fishing almost impossible. But the location and scenery was very pleasant to just sit and enjoy the outdoors.

We stayed just 2 night when in area for sons baseball tournament. We loved being able to put our little boat in and fish from it as well as the dock. We hope to return in the future.

We had a great little get away.

My husband and myself stayed for a week of spring fishing. Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Counter top toaster oven handled our needs for a small lasagna and other frozen items. Walk to boat house was mostly level and paved. Boat house was a nice luxury for us. Lake level was about a foot below summer pool and our boat fit under the tunnel to get to the main lake. We have a 21 foot v-hull Targa and wonder if at full summer pool we would have been able to get out. Our stay was great. We caught some nice fish and rested well. Connie was around and pleasant and helpful.

Connie was very welcoming. The place was beautiful and immaculately cleaned. It was very peaceful there and I hope to return soon.

This is a precious little cabin and was perfect for my sister and I to have a girls weekend. And the owner was simply wonderful to deal with! We will be back for sure.

Location of property has room to park boats and located just 3 minutes from boat ramp. There is a Convience/grocery store close as well. Property was very clean and felt like home.

This cottage was clean, well-appointed, and homey. The location was about ten minutes from downtown and an easy drive. The WiFi was a bit spotty, so if you’re looking to do work here, make other arrangements. This house is not directly on the lake, you must walk about 75yards around the main home to access it. The owner is on the same patch of land but we never saw them. Overall, a great stay.

We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back. Loved having the boat launch on the property and the boathouse. The place was just as pretty as it was in the pictures. We had lots of privacy. Got to meet the owner and she is such a blessing. She made us feel right at home.

We had a great time. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The owner being on the property was not an issue, she was very nice and we had the run of the place. The boathouse was great and having the use of a boat ramp right by the property was such a convenience. No oven in the kitchen but the toaster oven worked for cooking biscuits in the morning. You might want to bring a portable charcoal grill as the park grill doesn't hold a lot. And bring salt and pepper too! There are plenty of towels. Might want to bright extra toilet paper and paper towels. Flashlights, we had a power outage from a storm and there were no candles (not that I blame the owner). Luckily my ex-military finance planned for everything and brought plenty of flashlights. Very pleasant stay and the owner was very nice. Would book again.

The cottage is very clean and equipped with everything you need. My husband and I booked the place so we could fish. A boat launch is right on the property which is a huge benefit as well as the boat house! The owners were super friendly and helpful. We would love to go back again. VERY ENJOYABLE

Very clean, very quiet. Just what we needed for a kid free weekend.

It was our 31st anniversary. We have special needs kids and just needed a quiet few days just the two of us. It was perfect. It was snug and comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable but the bed itself needs repair or replacing. We both said we would stay here again. Riding around to see the water is amazing.

My husband and I needed a little get-a-way and I found this place. We absolutely loved it here. Place was very clean and décor was appealing. We were very comfortable during our stay, enjoyed being able to keep our boat at the boat house and go on and off the water when we wanted. This was a huge plus for my husband! Boat launch was right next to where we were staying, so I was not tasked with driving a truck and trailer across busy roads while my husband drove the boat to our place. We had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, garbage bags, tissue and paper towels! Would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. The property was clean and quiet and as described. Everybody enjoyed swimming, fishing and relaxing at the dock.
