2nd time staying at Sunset Villas, 1st time in this condo. Everything you could ask for the house had. Debbie was also very helpful

My oldest daughter, mom and I met up for a long overdue visit with aunts and cousins. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the local food, entertainment and carnival. The condo was fantastic! It had everything we could need and plenty of room. The location was perfect, we were able to walk around or take a short ride to everything the island has to offer. I'll definitely be back with my husband.

We traveled to Chincoteague for my daughter’s birthday. The condo was even better than the photos! The view was stunning, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the bay. It was close to everything. The entire property is kept up very well. The check-in process was easy, and the host responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

This was the best apartment that I ever rented in this building. Deborah, the owner was a prompt respond on the phone, all the times we called her. Everything was excellent and we enjoyed staying there. I will go back there again.

Beautiful Retreat
Had a wonderful time. We’re not much for the beach, so having this gem of a property to stay tight on the water was a wonderful and relaxing time. The property was exactly as advertised. We hope to book this property again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this clean, quiet condo. This second floor unit is very spacious, & the waterfront balcony is the place to be at sunset! The furniture & beds are comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with EVERY appliance imaginable & there are plentiful, high end dishes, cups...everything. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo on Chincoteague Island.

Wonderful Retreat!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this clean, quiet condo. This second floor unit is very spacious, & the waterfront balcony is the place to be at sunset! The furniture & beds are comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with EVERY appliance imaginable & there are plentiful, high end dishes, cups...everything. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo on Chincoteague Island.

Apartment was exactly as advertised. The weather was a bit cool to sit on the balcony very much, but we could watch sunsets, boats going by, and hundreds of birds in the bay through the windows. Easy walking distance to restaurants and stores.
We're already planning our next trip.

This is a great unit - walk to town, walk to balcony for beautiful sunsets and views of the water! Everything you could ask for in the kitchen! The beds were a little soft for our old backs and we wished for a smart tv or that we'd brought a laptop to watch a movie, but really this unit is fabulous and we had an awesome weekend.

We loved the location and view from this property! Very walkable to the small town. The house was well equipped with everything you could imagine on the kitchen, games, and was clean and tidy with great outdoor views! We will definitely be coming back!

It’s rare to be so pleasantly surprised, but the kitchen is incredible, the bedrooms and baths generously airy, and the porch accessible from the living room and master suite. Right on Main Street, toward the southern part of the island — perfect for exploring in all directions by foot, bike or car!

Home away from home!
This condo is comfortable, inviting and has everything you need and more for a vacation away from home. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking and entertaining. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony watching the boats and birds as they passed through every day. The end location of the condo affords a great private view of the channel between the mainland and the island. The condo is within steps of shops and restaurants. Debbie, the property manager was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. I would vacation there again!

Couples get away
This condo is absolutely perfect! It is tastefully decorated and just beautiful. The view is stunning with beautiful sunsets. Some restaurants are within a very short walking distance. Debbie was very pleasant and easy to work with. We totally recommend this property. You will not be disappointed

This condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet with incredible sunsets, cool breezes, and loads of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked, and then some. When have I ever seen a VRBO with an air fryer? Whoever owns this unit gives it 100% TLC and I thank you for trusting your lovely home with us.

Condo was very clean and comfy with a fantastic view. Some initial challenges with making the reservation, but once we were able to get in touch with the property manager everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Spent the day on the porch
The condo was very well maintained with a porch that overlooked the bay. We spent the mornings and evenings enjoying the view. It makes for a great place to see the sunset and pm storms. Condo is very close walking distance to restaurants and a bike ride away from the beach. Would stay here again!!
