The washing machine stayed broken all week and we were promised it would be fixed the first two days we were there and never was so that was very inconvenient. The pool is very small for a large family and if you like a lot of sun around the pool that wasn’t good around this pool too much shade with trees with neighboring yards . Not as well stocked kitchen as led to believe. You don’t need 25 pots to cook for a week. But you do need some plastic containers to out leftovers etc in after opening. (None ). No drink pitcher unable to make tea or koolaid etc. not stoppers in kitchen sink used a large pot all week. Didn’t want to bother GCR for such a small thing. No can opener. All this is basic to most kitchen. Some old washed out jug was there it has a hole it it . Major complaint was washer was broken and part was ordered. I understand that but do not appreciate. Being told ahead of time or offered some sort of compensation for this deficit. Had a 6 week old baby with us. We were counting on access to a washer. (Happened last year also , different house though. Not as advertised to me. That is a major deficit. I also accidentally left a set of keys and reading glasses there and while I am awaiting their return ( I transit I am told ). I do not feel GCR should have charged me 27$ for their return. I would gladly pay the actual rate for 2 small items but 27$ is absolutely ridiculous . IF ... I use GCR again I will not hesitate to call and get whatever I need from her office. I didn’t call about the sink stoppers because it seemed like such a minor complaint but in total looking back at whole week some sort of refund was due to the washer issue. I don’t care how small just an acknowledgment that yes that is a major deal. The $27 sent me over the edge , therefore this review. Not necessarily for home owner as much As GCR .

Check-in was very easy. Staff at the reality company were quick to answer questions and made the start of our vacation completely painless. The house itself was well maintained and stocked with the necessities. The reality company gave us a complimentary basket with laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and paper towels. The only thing in the house that was less than stellar was the washer/dryer. The washer would turn itself off within the first 5-10 minutes. The dryer also took at least 4 cycles of 70 minutes on the high setting to fully dry clothes. Other than the laundry issue, we had no other complaints during our stay. The pool was kept at a good temperature and was very clean. A pool maintenance man came on Tuesday and cleaned. Check-out was also very easy. I would highly suggest the Dreamscaper property for rental by a family/friend group for their vacation. The rental company was top-notch and I would rent from them again.

This place had the perfect number of bedrooms AND beds for our family. The furniture and carpets could be updated but renting out each week makes that difficult. Garden City Realty was super easy to work with as well. Would definitely come back to this house.

We found the elevator a bit difficult to use. When downstairs we would press the button and we could hear the elevator come down. (It’s very quiet). Then we would punch in the code and we could never get the door open. Not sure what we were doing wrong. It would have been nice if management provided elevator instructions. Also, there is not a power outlet near the carport. If renting a golf cart you will need to rent a gas golf cart or have a long extension cord to go from the Livingroom porch outlet down to the carport. We would recommend this rental. We were wowed by the starter pack they provided that included small bottles of shampoo, dish detergent, soap, etc. Close walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed the House! Clean..spacious and very beautiful! Will rent again for sure! Only problem was the elevator was out of order. Have two parents that have had knee replacements. Hopefully next time it will be available..other than that I give it 2 up!

The elevator listed on the list was not operational. I rented it this house because the elevator., due to my mom and mother-in-law not able to go up the stairs.

The location of the property is great..... only a short walk to beach access. Local stores very convenient. Home was fairly clean- had to do some clean up in toilets- perhaps they hadn’t been used in a while.... some type of residue in all of them. Check in process was easy. Overall we had a great time. Kitchen has more than sufficient pots/pans/dishes.
