Spacious home with all the amenities you need. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. The layout was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent vacation home perfect for large families! We had the best Memorial weekend bc of this home. We enjoyed having special family time in the fantastic large kitchen and dining areas. We were so close to the beach and restaurants it made getting the most out of St Simons very easy. The home was beautiful and clean! We have stayed at many rentals on the island but have to say this was definitely one of our favorites! Absolutely fantastic home!

Fabulous home! Perfect bedroom/bath situation with lots of large gathering spaces, including a great screened in porch overlooking the pool. Clean, updated, and well stocked kitchen. Excellent location for a family trip!

This home was perfect for our group. It easily accommodated our extended family-11 people- including children and adults. It is in a great location and well kept.

We had many different age groups and this place was perfect. The little kids could watch Daniel tiger at the same time the older kids played video games in the next room and the parents all on the dining room table all at the same time. It was very close to the beach and the bikes and beach chairs were a fun bonus. We have been coming to Saint simons for years and this was one of the easiest homes to stay in and relax. The back porch is as awesome as the picture looks also.

Great house! Everything a family needs to have a successful gathering! The bikes were a nice addition. Rented some for the kids…. They were all over the island! Comfortable walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed in utensils. Highly recommend!!

We had an absolute blast at your house and St Simons. The availability of bikes made the trip all more special! Riding to find the faces in trees, to the pier and to grab dinner and bring it home, was unreal! The home is exquisite with no lack of attention to detail! From booking to checking out we had a great experience with this listing! The house exceeded all expectations and was well equipped to host our group. There is a fantastic kitchen along with two great living areas. A short walk to the beach and short ride into town. We really had nothing to complain about during our entire stay!

While we brought some of our own supplies, the home really offered everything we needed for our stay – beach towels, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs. You name it, the house came with it. The bikes were a great touch and we enjoyed taking them out for rides around the neighborhood. The pool was just the right size and our kids took full advantage. The outdoor screened in porch is where we spent most of our time. And the location is as good as it gets for St. Simons. Just a short walk from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Just perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love this house and it’s location. We rented it last year for July 4th as well and it’s perfect for waking yo the beach, riding the bikes downtown and seeing fireworks at the end of the road. The pool is a great addition to come back and jump in after a long day at the beach. The new landscaping by the pool looks great and we noticed some new furniture was added this year, which was all very nice as well. The house fits our extended family perfectly. We will be coming back again, I’m sure!

There were definitely things to like in this new feeling large home with a great location near the beach. The very large screened in porch had a large seating area and a dining area. The bedrooms were spacious enough and beds comfortable. The bathrooms all new and attractive. However, the master bath had an excessive amount of space where a bathtub could have sat in addition to a huge shower stall. The beach wagon with fat tires was a real treat as were the beach towels. My personal issues however with this house would keep me from renting it again especially considering the price. There is virtually no noise insulation anywhere. Hard surfaces and an open floor plan do not allow for sound absorption. The noise coming from upstairs (just while people were walking around) and in the kitchen was more than noticeable when sleeping or resting in the master bedroom on the main floor. Perhaps a few rugs upstairs and in the master bedroom would help some of this. TV's in every bedroom and every living space even in the porch if you are into that. Also, although the kitchen boasts a Wolf range this property could not be defined as a cook's kitchen. It had an odd assortment of cookware and utensils and dishes. Small cheap utensils and the pots and pans were limited to a few small and medium ones. No large frying pan yet two gigantic stock pots. To sleep as many as this property does there were only two wine glasses and two tall footed ice tea glasses (and one martini glass?) in different styles. Enough large drinking glasses but approximately 6 plastic cups of differing sizes to use. It appeared that there had been more because they did all match. These would have been great for the pool area. The many side by side recliners in one of the two main floor family rooms were , well just meh. Because of the open floor plan it was not easy to use the two different family rooms simultaneously. The sound traveled directly through the dining room into not only the other family room but also into the kitchen. This property although close to the beach with a nice large screened porch and small pool left me longing for a cozier less sleek place to stay, with less of a designer feel and more old fashioned comfort especially for the price.

This is a beautiful piece of property and very clean. Our party included 6 adults and 4 kids. The walk to the beach was easy. The house is large and allowed everyone to spread out. The kids loved the pool and the screened in patio was perfect. Also loved the bikes provided to check out the area. Wish we could have spent more time there.
