We were very happy with this property. It had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We walked almost everywhere from it (was great that it had off-street parking for our rental car). Minor traffic noise in the morning but that's to be expected anywhere in the city. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well-appointed, and there was complimentary coffee. We enjoyed the upstairs porch very much. We would rent this property again.

A perfect house and a perfect weekend!

There were 10 of my family celebrating my birthday. We loved all being together with plenty of rooms. It is a warm welcoming pretty home.

We had 4 couples staying in this spacious home. Bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The main floor had plenty of room for all four couples to be together. The home is in a great location for many activities in the historic downtown area.

The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean and parking was awesome. Close to everything. Check in was super easy.

House was stunning. Easy to communicate with property manager. Highly recommend.

Five of us, on a girls trip, enjoyed staying at this property and appreciated all the extra amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked, including plenty of wine glasses! Each of the bathrooms had its own hair dryer (key for 5 women!) and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedrooms spaced out so we didn't feel crammed together. The area felt safe, although traffic on the front street was a bit busy and loud at times and the nearby hospital meant a siren or two at various hours. A walk to King St. wasn't exactly "right around the corner" but approximately 30 minutes, depending on the area you wanted to reach. We took advantage of the pedi bike cabs, which was a fun alternative to Ubers. The few issues we had, like slow drains, television operating questions (we're old and needed help!), replenishing of dishwashing detergent and paper towels, were QUICKLY responded to and David was incredibly patient with us. The ONLY frustrating issue we did experience was with the hot water. Although we were told it was an on-demand heating system, warm showers were always hit or miss, even when we timed showers so some were at night, some in the morning. The upstairs middle bathroom seemed the most consistent, but the others? Unfortunately, not so much :-( All in all, a good home to stay at and I cannot say enough positive things about David and the StayDuvet customer service team.

Such a beautiful and clean house- an absolute dream! I loved the heated toilets. Plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms.

The Mint Julep house was perfect for our mini family reunion. Everything was really clean and felt luxurious. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen with silverware and cooking pans, and the property managers were great with communication. The family all want to stay here again next year!

Great space, liked the windows with natural light, liked the space in the bedrooms as well as storage, each bedroom had its own bathroom except the one upstairs which was great for the grandsons. Concierge was responsive to questions and requests/needs. We enjoyed the house updates while keeping the charm of an old southern home. The street was busy, but walking distance to cute local stores & restaurants as well as King street. Beds were comfy, liked the bedding. Would like to have more towels & a better quality towel. If you are planning on cooking, be prepared to buy everything including the basics. Laundry included, soap & dryer sheets.

House was perfect for a group of women. We all got our own room and bathroom. It was easy to get Uber. Only problem was figuring out tv but really didn’t watch much.

Really nice bathrooms and showers that help you relax after a long day of exploring the beautiful city. House has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Great location that's 10-15 min walking distance from King street.

Wonderful house! Close to downtown, restaurants and shopping!

House was amazing, we ended up getting a personal chef one night, which was recommended by the rental agency and he was fantastic. You can walk to everything, it's clean, beautiful, well stocked- could not ask for more.

The house itself was charming and spacious, BUT. Cleanliness should have been more of a priority. There were cobwebs spiderwebs inside and out. The doors, the windows, the baseboards, nothing had been cleaned. The outside of the house was filthy. It was not in a safe neighborhood. Property management should’ve made sure this time of year that they had sprayed everywhere outside for mosquitoes. There were mosquitoes all day every day coming into the house. And seriously if you’re renting a house of that magnitude, not one full-length mirror anywhere. It was a wedding and not one full-length mirror in that house.

The house is centrally located, modern, well decorated and clean. The property manager was VERY responsive. 2 bedrooms downstairs (1 has a connecting bath) and 4 upstairs with 2 that have a connecting bath. The upstairs AC was not working well - they came out at 11pm to work on it! Great stay!

This is a great house for a group of friends. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room and walking to restaurants on King Street.

This home was everything we expected and more! the BEDS!!! everyone agree they were totally luxurious, soft and comfy - - and the pillows were fabulous! All the bathrooms were gorgeous . . kitchen fully equipped . . just perfect!

We had a great time staying here! My family met in Charleston to celebrate a Big Birthday. There were 10 of us, and while we all had our private space, the living area was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The house was spotless and nicely renovated. I don't think the pictures do it justice, and in my experience the pictures are usually more attractive than the real thing. Comfortable beds, clean and updated bathrooms, top-notch kitchen and great location to boot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a new renovation and it is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the side porches on both levels add to the entertainment space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very compfortable with contemporary bathroom fixtures. The management company, Stay Duvet, is very attentive and supported us well. If you need a home with six bedrooms, you will enjoy Mint Julep.

Fantastic house. Meticulous renovation with beautiful decor and modern conveniences. Many large bedrooms, really comfortable beds, large tv’s, nice bathrooms. Large family room, great kitchen if you want to cook. Love the location. A couple of blocks from Hominy and Fuel and 6 or 7 blocks from King Street. Perfect for a large family or group of friends. We looked at several houses in the area and this was the best hands down. Worked with Taylor at StayDuvet to book. Can’t say enough good things about him. Personable and super responsive. Wouldn’t book a house in Charleston except through him.
