Very poor customer service. Completely ignored my message sent on Booking.com

The room itself was fine. The front desk clerk Alice was trying her best to help

Room wasn't ready well after normal check in time. When it was we were given the key to an already occupied room which scared the woman inside. When we finally got our room we were told that the televisions would not be working until tomorrow. We also found out that we were not the only ones that had to wait to check in. Unacceptable.

Other than the size of the room, I wouldn't say the stay was good.

There was no hot water for a shower. There was no bar soap in my room and no other soap. Just shampoo and conditioner. These are basics that I expect from a hotel when I pay $300 a night. My stay was not comfortable.

Jeff was the best he made our stay special, and would come back again bassed on thihs.

Cold water in showers multiple days, broken shower head, no bath soap only shampoo. Call to report issue, staff kept saying he was trying to help, but offered no solutions.

We stayed here one night after flying to Omaha during our trip to Sioux City. This hotel is a more upscale option than hotels closer to the airport. Breakfast was very good. The room was large and clean.

The room and bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. I figured out the next morning that the bathroom window had been left open behind a closed shade. The staff should have checked all windows when cleaning the room. The parking garage was around the corner and required a badge to enter: this was a nuisance late at night.

the water was not warm for a couple of days- barely luke warm. they didn’t have regular coffee pods - only vanilla flavored and decaf.

It was clean, great bathroom, and fantastic staff.

No ice machine or any packaged ice available, parking was super annoying and inconvenient. it’s also not as close to the old market as it seemed on the map.

This hotel was perfect. I enjoyed my stay. The room and its bathroom is the perfect size and the vibe is exceptional.
