The man checking us in was not friendly. His attitude was less than welcoming.

Good location, clean rooms.

The room was good quality and spacious.

I loved the location. I was near plenty of shopping centers and close to downtown. I also loved how there was free parking. I had a great parking spot during my entire stay.

the hotel staff did not make me feel welcome. The staff was not friendly at all. I did not feel welcomed during my check-in. During my entire stay not a single staff member smiled at me or was friendly. I even made a random funny joke and the staff member did not laugh or smile. It felt very odd. I spoke to a staff member when I entered the hotel and she did not smile or speak to me back. I had to check out a day earlier than expected. A white guy checked me out. The staff member did not show concern, or anything. The only staff that was a little friendly was the night auditor. The way i was treated made me feel like I did not belong there. It did not feel good at all. I don't know if it was because of my color but the experience made me sad. Edit: I would also like to note, i stayed 4 days and 3 nights and never received any type of service. My trash was not picked up, the bed was never made, and I did not receive any clean towels.

Did not like that trash wasn't picked up, bed wasn't made and had to ask for fresh towels when we stayed 2 days. Should give discount if not providing services

TV kept shingling & shutting off even when the remote was pushed to keep it playing. NO WATER FOR SHOWERING! They said a pipe broke & there was no one available to repair it.

clean and a great location. if you want to enjoy Alsatian village it is perfect. it was winter when we were there and they had coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby. they even had marshmallows for the coco. the bar area looked great. the parking garage attached to it is FREE and leads directly into the lobby.

it was a bit of a walk from the elevator to our room. not the hotels fault but the few hundred foot walk to our room wasn’t fun some nights. lol. there may have been some beverages involved that helped it be a little more annoying.

Did not like anything about this hotel.

We checked in. Was on 2nd floor. Got to the room. We were over looking the roof of the bar area and parking garage. The bed was terrible. The pillows were even more terrible. The people above had kids. 6am the kids are running across the floor. We got moved to the 5th floor. The view was still of the parking garage and the roof of the bar. Overpriced.
