La hora de entrega de la habitación tanto al llegar como al salir teniendo en cuenta que se llegó a la isla muy temprano y la salida de la isla fue casi en la noche, entonces entregar la habitación a las 12 es dejar al huésped en la calle. Es un comentario netamente constructivo.

I liked the area that it was in close to a lot of eateries and tourist attractions, the pool was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was good

Our TV remote didnt work, we told the front desk and they said they would have someone come swap it out the following day they never came. There needed to be a little more furniture for the room, we saw some dressers that were posted up outside and I wanted to ask if we can have one in the room but they were gone the next day. The fridge cant really hold much, it was 3 of us and all of our beverages couldnt hold plus by the end of the trip the fridge wouldnt close. I didnt like the fact that housekeeping doesnt come right away, we were out pretty much for 6 hours and we came back and out room still wasnt clean after the 8th hour is when they decided to service the room, really inconvenienced our relaxing time from being outside in 87 degree weather. They need to also fix the entrance door, the sensor is off you have to step extremely close for it to open and that isnt safe at all

Quarto para o casal tinham camas confortáveis, colchão macio, vários travesseiros e roupa de cama limpa

O quarto/suite que ficamos as janelas eram vedadas e não podiam ser abertas… por questões de segurança (de acordo com o hotel) senti falta de uma ventilação natural… pra renovar o ar e também ajudar a secar as roupas molhadas após o retorno das praias. Café da manhã com poucos opções e suco artificial (não servem sucos naturais)

El desayuno con muy pocas opciones, el café no estaba fresco y se notó un poco de desaseo en las mesas y las personas de la cocina no usaban tapabocas

Good location, amazing view of the bridge, and the colourful houses.

Payment was not working when we arrived and initially they didn't want to let us go to the room until we paid. Not our fault your payment system was down.... Breakfast is average, not much variety. Also it is outside, so some mosquitoes biting you, some bugs on the food if left open, sun or windy can be bothersome. We tried to request to stay some more nights and they told us there was no rooms available for the next few days. I checked on booking and there were some rooms available, not the same model as we were staying but there was rooms. So clearly showing a lack of will for us to stay there.

el desayuno siempre fue el mismo por 5 dias no hubo variedad una sola chica nos atendio super creo que es de republica dominicana pero las otras personas si no fueron tan amables , hubo ruido si porque nuestra habitacion quedaba justo arriba de un parque

Although breakfast was included there was no variety. It's very basic and it was basically the same options everyday

Atendimento poderia melhor muito, atendentes sempre de cara feia , ríspidos ! café da manhã todos os dias é a mesma coisa com pouquíssima opção, poderiam mudar . Todos os dias era bacon, ovos mexidos, panqueca e croissant e salsicha. Nada muito saldável mas muito bom.

The location was perfect, the reception staff were helpful. The room had a perfect view.

1.Las toallas y las sabanas manchadas. Necesitan cambios. 2. El baño le faltaba aseo y lavamanos tapado 3. Mucha humedad en las paredes de la habitación.

The location is ideal. Centrally located on Brion Square, in front of the queen’s floating bridge. Walking distance from downtown (shopping area), The Fort, Renaissance, taxi and bus stand cruise port and Hulanda Village (restaurants and shopping)

Bathroom had a really bad smell. Housekeeping had temporary treatments for it but the scent was recurring.

There were two gentlemen at the front desk that was really helpful to us I think one name was Ingemar and the other one I didn't get his name but they where really informative

There is a lady that does breakfast she has no teeth in front She is very rude. My boyfriend came to ask for more bacon she was standing in the kitchen and she rolled her eyes. I was really surprised we didn't go back to eat our last 3 days when you ask her something is wa wa I mean excuse what did you say would have sounded better. I mean we respect rules and regulations if she had simply said it's only once we would have understood but that eye rolling towards guest waw.

Ideal location for the floating bridge and the shopping area across the bridge. Some nice food places around also.

Very clean hotel, great service, love the front desk staff, they were very friendly.

I loved the location the most. Right in the heart of town. So it was very easy to get around and enjoy the ambiance at night..
