Everything was amazing

I loved everything from the bed to the bathroom tub

The location was great. The decor was nice and the space was a nice size.

When we arrived, there was an overwhelmingly awful odor. The condo was clean, but the lingering smell led us to believe that the guests before us left rancid trash in the place for way too long. The stovetop only had 2/4 functioning knobs, the door to master bathroom wouldn’t shut, dishwasher was missing a part, and the dryer took forever to dry even the smallest load.

Convenient location

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE THINKING OF STAYING HERE. We rented Tops L on a Saturday being that the check-in was at 4pm. When we arrived at 3:45pm, the guest desk said they were still cleaning our condo. We had to be at a family wedding at 5:00pm!! I even said to the front desk I dont mind the cleaning to end early. We just needed to change. They wouldnt allow us park at the Condo to change in our car and wouldnt allow us to change inside their check-in building. GUESS WHAT. we didnt get the parking pass until a whole hour later! We missed the entire wedding ceremony!! Ive reached out to Vacasa, but the tiny reimbursement they gave us is a joke for the price we’ve paid to stay there. Key notes: Late check-in! Early check-out 10am! (housekeeper comes before then) Condos are VERY out-dated and old. Creepy red lights in bathrooms used for heater? Creepy mirrors all around. Very strict rules regarding noise and property amenities.

3 CHAIRS WERE BROKE WHEN I WAS HAVING DINNER I ALMOST BROKE MY ARM THE AIR CONDITIONIG WAS TROWING A LOT A WATER WE HAD TO TURN IT OFF WE MAKE THE COMPLAIN AND NOBADY GET BACK TO ME HOW WAS MY ARM.

The whole entire apartment was Super clean the view was wonderful and we just loved everything about out stay here. Most definitely will stay & recommend again 😄

Bed was too hard. Tram hours were not early or late enough. The upstairs bathroom shower had no pressure and took a very long time to get hot water.

Easy to find. Close to shopping. Nice beach (not walking distance from unit though)

Clogged shower. Less than friendly reception staff. Lots of rules of what isn’t allowed. Very high fees in comparison to the actual rent.

Everything was fantastic, would stay here again.

If we did have cleansofabed when got there. The water was not in the kitchen.the first day.if

The rooms were clean and up to date and there were good towels and enough cooking appliances as well as pots and pans. The grill was great. Tram to the beach was great and the activities on site were good. Pool and workout center were amazing as well as the tennis courts just wish they stayed open later.

There were no sheets for the pull out couch or any extra blankets so we had to purchase our own. There were also only 2 trash bags for 5 people and 4 nights. It was clean but had to purchase dish washer detergent as well because there was only enough for one load. Again 5 people 4 nights so should take length of stay into consideration. Also back sliding door wouldn't really close or lock so might want to look at that. Wish the lights on the courts could have been on and the facilities open later than 8 but understand.

Beautifully landscaped, liked we had a garage for our vehicle, and tram service to the beach.

Wished the tram service was later in the evening for walking on the beach near dark and after dark. Maybe till midnight.

Nice staff and private beaches

Villa we stayed needs to be updated everything was outdated.
