Location was convenient for what we required to do in Cairo that day and the apartment was a great size!

● No instructions on obtaining key and no one to greet us at the property, called number on booking and waited over 15 minutes to access the property. ● The kettle was disgusting and needs to be replaced. ● No bare essentials like hair dryer, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, bottled water or milk. ● Towels were not left out in each room had to open every cupboard in the property to find them. ● I had a cold shower as no instructions to turn hot water system on and it was not turned on prior to its arriving. ● Hand shower attachment broken. ● Could not use the stove oven and also no instructions on how to turn it on. ● Needs to be sprayed for insects especially cockroaches.

Noisy at night

It was a 5 min drive from the airport.

It’s hard to find to start with. Once we entered, it was stuffy and smelly. Luckily we only had 12 hours to spend here till our next flight in the morning so we survived somehow.

Located very close to the airport in a lively area of Cairo. Lots of small shops and cafes and restaurants in the area. The host was very responsive to our booking.com messages and the handing over of the key was ok. The room is really spacious and the aircons in all rooms were functioning very well and are super quiet. We had to leave by plane early in the morning so it was a perfect one night stay for us.

The bath was not superclean but we did not use it anyway. The bathroom itself was very clean and did not smell at all.

Very spacious apartment, let us into another apartment because we checked in early which was great.

Didn't supply bath/shower towels

The place is very beautiful and in a great location!

There's no top sheets on the beds and the blankets looked and smelt like they hadn't been cleaned. Some of the beds and pillows were very hard

Mark is a very warm person. He personally was waiting to pick us up to show us the property. The house itself is a very old establishment and nice. It pretty close to the airport. we stayed over night and was fairly good. The airport takes around 15 mins to reach with the Taxi. The bed rooms were equipped with clean sheets and were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom on request was given the toilet paper. It didn't have any toiletories. The wifi was good and worked really well. As it was only for a night it was ok for us.

The doors were difficult to open. The kitchen was an old setup, definitely ask Mark how it functions before panicking later. The bathroom was not equipped with shower curtain so the water falls everywhere. There isn't hand wash or anything else too. our parents were old, found it difficult to get inside and outside the tub, it was kind of slippery. The house was extremely cold and the ACs weren't that well functioning.

Great Value, stay in a 3bdr apt with family 👍 They were very flexible and accommodating with checkin time, number of people, even helped arrange transport for us. Quick ride to airport. fun restaurants close by. Value for the money especially if traveling with family or larger group.
