The laundry machine never worked and didn’t get fixed.

This is my third time staying at this property. the location is ideal, the home is perfect, and the sandy is white and warm. Love everything about this home. Perfect rental.

Great location, wonderful plan, large decks, bedrooms and bath locations are good, lots of toys, beach access is right at your front door. Newer house, quality construction, I highly recommend this property. The management service was great also with quick text replies. Don’t forget to watch the sunset!!!

We loved the house! It was very clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed the large porch where we had many meals on the large outdoor table. This was the 3rd time that we stayed in this home and it never disappoints! We would recommend this home and location to everyone!

Amazing view and saw dolphins daily! Tons on toys for kiddos and a well stocked kitchen. I do wish the windows latched/ the street view door locked from inside for safety of children.

Right on the beach. Nice house. Fairly clean. We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved playing on the beach. Would come back.

Beautiful home with unobstructed beach access. The split bed/bath floor plan is great for two families and both the primary and secondary bedrooms had access to the deck.

The proximity to the beach is great. We had a great week in Dauphin Island. Just enough beach area......felt like we had our own area.

You can't beat the location of this spacious house. The views were beautiful, and at the time we were there a large sandbar makes the beach perfect for getting in the water and not worrying about dropping off right away. The house was great and the beds were very comfortable. There were only a few small things that would have made the house perfect, hence the 4 star review, but we would still stay here again.

One of the better homes we have rented throughout the years. I’ve maker gave us a problem on the first night, but other than that it was flawless.

The house itself was nice however upon arrival (we arrived after checkin time, not early) the cleaning lady seemed to be chilling on the back deck with her van blocking the entrance. The floors were Sandy upon arrival. Missing a TV remote, 1 bedroom ceiling fan remote was missing and 1 didn’t work. We were unable to use the bedroom lights or fans in those 2 rooms. I texted the help number and received a instant response the they would get us replacements as soon as possible. We never received them or ever heard another word from anyone other than automated messages. The mattresses needs replaced. On a good note it was stocked with plenty of pots, pans and such if you’re into cooking on vacation.

Relax and enjoy! My husband & I came down for our 10 year anniversary with our service dog. This rental unit had everything we needed. The entire back of the home has double doors that open to the ocean & a great sitting area. Plenty of deck for the entire family and a swing facing the ocean. I will mention there were a few items that needed to be taken care of and we messaged Vacasa for reference, they were willing to come and make adjustments the next day but we decided to let it be. I highly recommend Sea La Vie for a relaxing getaway. Visit Captn Snappers while you’re there, it’s delicious! Enjoy !!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family get together . The house had everything we needed. Inside and out . The views were stunning , the decks were great for active children to be outside but secure. We will be back.

I hate to give 5 stars, because I am selfish and want it to myself...but this house was perfect for our family and the fur baby... beautiful views, clean beach, easy and relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was not enough toilet paper, or dishwasher pods for the amount of people we had. No worries it is a great stay ❤️

Sea La Vie was just what the doctor ordered!! A beautiful beach house located on the West End. I sat on the deck every night and listened to the waves!! Such a serene location!! The house has a lower deck with a Swing- I sat here swinging and enjoying my view. Loved loved the swing on the deck and on the sand- we really enjoyed them!! The kitchen is well stocked and the house was very comfortable. I Can’t wait to go back.

Loved our stay at this beach house! Direct beach access with three young children was so nice. Peaceful and quiet location on the island. House was clean and comfortable.

Not a lot that you could say negative about this place. Perfect for a “larger” group. Location on the west end of the island adjacent to the gulf speaks for itself. All in all….a vacation paradise.

Great place, clean, beautiful views. We’d read about the occasional flood issue, hoped for the best. But one morning we woke to find our vehicle flooded and buried up to the wheel wells. Had large waves that broke through the sand barrier. Had a devil of a time getting it out, then spent most of the next day at the car dealer giving it a once-over to ensure no damage from people helping us pull it out. Property mgt called long after flooding started to warn us about it. We had to keep our car a mile or so away to avoid further flooding. So we felt trapped for a few days since we didn’t have our minivan. Otherwise, great stay - not owner’s or property mgt’s fault, just saying be *very* careful of weather if you have a vehicle with low ground clearance. This flooding issue, including too-late warning call from property mgt, is the reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

This house is very nice. It's on the ocean side and right on the beach (no houses in front of it obstructing the view or access). It's just what we wanted. Many listings say they are "on the beach". But, be careful. Those listings may have several houses between you and the ocean. Or, they may be on the Bay side. This house is not. It's on the beach. Great outdoor deck. Watched the sun rise and set every day while watching the waves come in.

The view was so great! We watched the sunset from the back deck every night. The house was well laid out and the linens and furniture pretty and comfortable. There are no curtains in the living room, which is kind of bothersome when you're trying to watch t.v but we were there to see what was outside so no big deal here. We spoke to several neighbors and did a few excursions and just had the best time. Relaxation is what we wanted and that's what we got!
