Overall, we had a wonderful time! We were able to accommodate 5 women, including one who was elderly. However, we were unable to get an ADA room with 2 bedrooms. My elderly mother found the low toilet very difficult to rise from, so we bought a riser seat. The breakfasts were very good. There was some road noise in the bedroom closest to the road. The hot tub didn't look the cleanest, so we avoided that. The beds were very comfortable and we liked that we could gather in the living area for a family birthday party. The location was great for restaurants and shopping, too. We would stay here again!

Great location. Middleton was a lovely town. Easy drive to the Madison area. Property was spacious and perfect for our gurl time together.

This property is a hotel that we were initially not aware of, and the two bedroom suite was perfect for our group of 6. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance

Loved the small town.

This was the perfect size for what my friends and I were looking for a girls weekend in Madison. It was a quick drive to the malls and easy to commute to different places from the location. The room was clean and the front desk worker was awesome! Would reccomend!

We had a great time. Everything was as described and as it should be! Comfy beds, pool is open 24 hours and SO much breakfast the next morning!!

This was an extended stay suite in a nice area of Middleton. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was exactly what we needed - basically two hotel rooms with their own bathrooms connected by a living room and kitchenette.

Our suite and the entire property was lovely and clean. Breakfast bar was a nice touch. Would stay there again.

Everything was good

The accommodations, layout, and amenities of the hotel were very family friendly. The hot breakfast made mornings easy, the front desk staff was helpful, and location was easy to make it to the beltline. Pros: Layout, 2 full bathrooms, kitchenette, fridge, dining room table and chairs (not in the description), sets of plates/sliver wear, and availability of a full living room was great. Customer service of staff was wonderful. The pool and hot tub is a great entertainment feature for families. Cons: Housekeeping did not come to the room during our stay (we did not place a 'do not disturb sign' on the door) , showers could have used some more cleaning in the grout, shower curtain rod in one of the rooms was pulled out so from the anchors and close to falling if it were pulled the wrong way. The door was unable to open with a key card; front desk staff said the door handle was installed backwards which causes guest confusion and delay in the check in process. Communication regarding this rental was entirely with the front desk staff, not the property manager. The location states that it's downtown Middleton but the location is just west of their downtown so while some stores are walkable you are located in an area with other hotels so it'll require to hop on the beltline to make it to more options for shopping areas. Overall, would recommend for families staying in the area and the customer service was a big highlight despite some of the cons of the hotel room itself.
