We stayed for a wedding and it was a nice place. The free breakfast had lots of options so the kids and adults were all happy. The pool was nice and not very busy. There was an arcade, pool table, and happy hour. The hotel is located near Lake Mendota which was fun to explore. Location was great. The only issue we had was the toilet was very hard to flush. The handle did not want to move down so it was a struggle for our kids. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I would stay there again.

A group of people smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled in. The front desk lady seemed frazzled and annoyed when I checked in.There are people living in this hotel that are either wandering through the halls or smoking cigarettes outside the entrences. at use rocks to prop open doors that are supposed to keep the place locked and secure. So needless to say the place isnt secure. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property are very poor. The place is in need of a major thorough cleaning. Walls and floors are dirty, breakfast area was dirty. A musty smell throughout. The air conditioner in our room didnt work. Needless to say very disappointed. We will be back in this area in a couple of weeks and we will absolutely not be staying here.

A very unique aspect of the hotel was a pool table and game room. The pool table was very popular, but we did get a chance to play two games. Nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast selections were on the average side.

The place was quiet and clean. The rooms was well maintained. The beds were clean and comfortable, everything smelled clean. The pool was clean and the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed staying in this place will definitely return.

Not a bad stay, not the most clean but we were only needing a bed for 8 hours. So it did its job. The water took forever to get warm so I ended up taking a cool shower.

Service may have not been that nice -just nobody smiled, but there were not hidden costs. Breakfast was included, I had a spot for my car, no extra or additional costs hidden. I would always come back there. The area was excellent.

Even though the mall as quiet hours. People are extremely noisy especially their kids. When I called it in to staff nothing happened. So we kept getting woken up by neighbors. Their stairs smelled so bad that haven’t cleaned that carpet in weeks. The area where breakfast was served was completely dirty by the time we went to eat. We had to clean off a spot and no one came to clean until someone else complained. Dog poop is also everywhere on the site property.

It was a good hotel for a one night stay. Our bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. The free breakfast was not great and some of the hot food options were cold. The set up could be better as the line got very long on a Sunday morning.
We didn’t use the pool/hot tub as it was over run by small kids in town for some tournament. They were in the hot tub without adults, so we just passed but the area looked nice.

It is nothing special. The pool is cold and half the hot tub jets don’t work. The pillows are very lumpy. The shower takes a long time to heat up. The staff members were unpleasant at check in.

Wasn’t able to sleep at all due to partying throughout the entire floor. Called the desk twice- basically told “sorry, too bad, we can’t do anything”. My daughter had an important meet the next day and was affected by the poor service. Called for manager. Left 2 messages. No response. Will never stay here again.

The 2 nights we stayed the police were at the hotel each night. Furniture and mattresses were wore out and pillows were useless. Breakfast was awful. It is suppose to be a dog friendly hotel, however they are intolerant of a dog getting use to new surroundings and different noises.

The breakfast was great! The pool was great! The room was dirty in the corners and a little slimy around the shower and in the bathroom. The shower fixtures leaked and we were promised a fix in 20 minutes. The repair man never returned. I checked in around midnight and waited about 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The desk clerk told me "I was in the bathroom" as if I needed to hear that. The ladies that tended the breakfast room were amazing! They kept it clean and stocked. Each table carefully cleaned after each guest! Good job!

The nice lady was warming and welcoming so was the gentleman there as me and wife were arriving! The two of them even upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite! Awesome!
