the host never sent check in instructions we called, emailed and text multiple times with no response. We finally had to call booking to get instructions to be able to get in. We were giving terrible instructions and told to park next to the house but someone was already parked there. We tried to call for clarification again no answer, a short text but wouldn’t answer the phone so we gave up and parked as close to the front door to not block incoming traffic. We immediately noticed the bathrooms were dirty, nasty, not well taken care of and the toilet wasn’t working. Next came the cockroaches after the 5th roach, we decided we couldn’t stay with our family. We immediately called the host and text no response so called booking go notify we we’re leaving and requesting to cancel due to the toilet and bugs. Booking got no response and after 3 days of back and forth the host refused to refund and kept our money and a $300 deposit. Do Not Stay Here.

love the kitchen area and it was a very roomy home with lots of places to sleep. it can definitely hold a big family.

The only thing it didn’t have I say is dishwasher pods, but that’s okay everything else was amazing!!

Everything from top to bottom it is hard finding a great place that affordable and this my friends is the BEST OF THE BEST ... beautiful house won't drain ur pocket like some place if there's a problem the host is on it we will be back next yr and I already know where I'm staying 😉 😊

I enjoyed the amenities of the home, I enjoyed the view of the ocean the quietness the Serene peaceful energy from the ocean. I will and must do this again, first time ever doing something like this and I really enjoyed it, thank you and I hope I can get the same upstairs4b apartment when I come back Thank you!

the outside of the house could easily be landscaped slightly to ease the unsettling first impression upon arrival (cinder blocks, broken pavement, pipes) all in an pile and out front of the house. both showers leaked the whole time we were there.

They sell in deck and ocean view. We got non of that! We got a car two feed outside our door. We had absolutely no ocean view or deck. Instead we got a neighbor upstairs that kept us awake. To be clear for everyone considering to stay here; you must order six beds to get ocean view and deck. And on top of our view disappointment, we saw absolutely nothing, was it dirty. Just sad!

Very close to the beach. The apartment was cute and cozy and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. You can easily sleep 3 adults in the bed. Nice sized balcony!

The parking was horrible. Someone decided to park beside us taking up almost half of our parking spot so it was impossible to park properly. There needs to be clear assigned parking for the property and the area right by the doorway entry needs to be cleaned up as that would have given me extra space for parking. The sofa bed smelled horrible and extremely uncomfortable. I would not plan on using that. I did a few loads of laundry including all towels provided and had to dry each load (normal size) 2-3 times. I think it would be okay with just a small load.

Location is great! North part of the beach with super easy access.

Some of the amenities were missing, not a huge deal as we didn’t need much but something to note. We didn’t have pans and some kitchen items. The space needs some maintenance (toilet handle loose and it ran), windows & window screens, etc. nothing that wouldn’t make us stay again but I think others may complain about.

The bathrooms! The sink/vanity are IN the main bedroom, while the toilet/shower is in the “bathroom”. The other bathroom, has a nice vanity, but the toilet/shower, are very small. Water closet area, so small, not even enough room for a toilet paper holder. The shower is so small, it’s impossible to bend over to pickup shampoo, etc…without your backside touching the wall.

The view of the sunrise over the ocean from the bed was amazing!!! Parking was great and it was close to the beach. It was sparkling clean too!
