Property is in very poor condition, lots of cigarette butts everywhere. No hot water at multiple times of the day

Rooms are very outdated, ran down. Room is bare minimum. Hair dryers do not work, refrigerator barely keeps cold. Bathroom messed up, toilet not bolted to floor. everything about this place, seems it came over on Noah’s Ark.

The location is great. Walking distance to everything. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

It's very out dated. The hairdryer didn't work. The tub looked dirty, it could have just been old. We were awakened early to a guest yelling because of bed bugs. We left soon after. I knew the place was old, I guess I expected to much. The t.v. was the only updated thing there.

Let's start with, if you're looking for something like a Marriott, it is not. However, if you're looking for something affordable and clean, yes, it's fine. The room is bit dark with only 2 lamps minus the bathroom, but I can see fine. You can tell the facility is a bit dated, but again, just a clean place to sleep with a bed that's decent. The staff lady was nice, on my first room, the door handle of my room door broke, she immediately offered me another room, no issues. The other staff (maid) I have encountered is also nice and asked me if I need anything. Overall, it's a good experience.

Rained for 2 days while I was there, not their fault. The bed is a bit beat up, but it's ok, you can't really ask for more for the price on the island compared to the other. It's definitely not worth the $249 on their official website, but check sites like booking.com can save you a ton of money, I was paying about a third of the price.
