This was the worst Vrbo rental I’ve stayed in. The cleaning service finished minutes before we got there so I know there was an attempt at a clean. Within 20 minutes of entering and taking shoes off our feet were black from walking on the floors. Most of the living room floor was sticky. We brought two toddlers so keeping them off floors wasn’t exactly easy. The dishes from the previous people we not cleaned and there wasn’t a brush or sponge for us to clean them ourselves. There were ants and tiny bugs, that I’m not sure what they were, in the bathrooms. The bathroom was cleaned I think last because it was still wet when we got in and it smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty/mildewed rag. All this made me question the stains on some of the sheets and if they had been wasted before our stay. The neighborhood was not great and if we would have know before hand we would not have stayed there regardless of the house. I was really excited about the yard space given we brought little ones but it was dirt and hard dead weeds. The shower door in the hall bath doesn’t latch and it defaults to a gap that allows water out and creates quite the mess outside of the shower. There’s also something going on with the water/sewer system. When you run the water it smells like sewer. We definitely didn’t stay there feeling clean at any point. Overall, we do not recommend for the price, location and house.

I really enjoyed my quick getaway with friends and family. We were greeted to an inviting and inspiring space. This worked well for us since the house served as a base as well as a place to sleep. The rooms were fresh and orderly. The location speaks for itself. Of the many trips my group takes, this ranks near the top in peace of mind and cleanliness. We’ll definitely be back this summer!

I must admit I was a tad bit skeptical to book this house after having read the last guest review. However, I would sum it up as an amazing stay. My family and I were absolutely pleased. The place itself was esthetically pleasing to the eye; clean and comfortable. We had absolutely no issues with the house at all. Each room had smart TVs, the beds were super comfortable, the living room was definitely spacious enough for the entire family and the location was second to none for its price. This Airbnb was located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Arlington, super close to the Cowboys Stadium and within walking distance to some great bars, we didn’t even need an uber. Also, Amy was an awesome hostess who was always available and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Arlington. It’s a beautiful property just as advertised with great service.

I guess the owner thought if they just remodeled the house without cleaning up the mess it would run the roaches away. The roaches were everywhere including living room, kitchen, fridge, and bathrooms. When I contacted the property manager to advise of the problem they ensured me that they would have Terminix come out asap. My family stayed at the house for 4 days and Terminix never showed up. The house looks nice in the pictures and on the inside but that still did not run the roaches away. When you are driving up to the house it looks like a trailer park. And the owner did not do anything to the outside of the property. There is also an outhouse sort of property attached to the home that looks abandoned. We were here to visit family and we could not even invited them to the home. This was a disgrace. My party requested a partial refund due to the conditions we had to endure. I have contacted the property management company everyday for the past 5 days without a response. I finally get a response today stating they will refund me $158. What an insult when we had to go to the store and purchase $50 worth of roach spray and cleaning products. Please Do Not Book Here! Run! Away! If you have an upcoming booking here, request a refund now.

This was a great property for our needs and an amazing location. So much better than a hotel. Plenty of beds and rooms. Very clean and well kept. Property manager was easy to get ahold of and always helpful. Unfortunately, the property was lacking just some basic supplies to make any stay easier. For example, there were no extra trash bags in the house for refilling the trash can once the bag was full. We were asked to wash the towels before we left but there was no laundry soap (fortunately I bought some and just left it for the next guests). The kitchen was also lacking in basics for coffee, much less cooking. Also, on our second day there we arrived at the house to find gentlemen cleaning out the gutters and it left messes of leaves and water in some of the windowsills and doorways. We thought it off to have people working on the house while people are staying in it. Also, the neighbors are very close and chose to have a party one night with loud music and gunshots until about 3am. I realize that the neighbor part is out of everyone’s control but thought it was worth mentioning. I think this could be a superb property with just a few of the minor kinks worked out and it stocked better with supplies for overnight stays where you are in charge of your own cleaning. After staying there and having to purchase and supply some of the basics for an AirBNB I do feel like I overpaid for the stay, but not being familiar with the area, maybe I paid more for location and less for comfort/amenities like I have in other AirBNBs. The property has great potential though.

Host was very accomodating to our scheduling needs. Central location to Arlington ISD athletic center made for ease of many transitions with our athletes.

Everything was nice and as represented. The only issue is kitchen was not well equipped if yiu plan on cooking there. For instance no serving bowls, a single wine glass etc. i would stay there again as everything else was very good.

This property was really large and freshly remodeled. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to stay and not be on top of one another. Honestly everything about the property was good just could use some lawn work and a light at the end of drive kinda hard to find at night. Other than that great stay would definitely consider renting again.

When my family first arrived. We was surprised by how far back the home was away from the street. The interior is very nice and the beds were amazing! The hallway to the other bedrooms were long and if you have children running around screaming and yelling, you'd hear them from the end of the hallway or if you're outside you'd can hear them from the driveway. The kitchen location was very convenient as we spent most of our time there just cooking and making plans. The two bathrooms were very similar and had plenty of space, I'd probably only say the downside was that there was no exhaust fans and all the moisture was just in the air after a hot shower. The living room had a L sectional couch which was very comfortable and the children spent most of their time there playing games. Each bedroom had their own TV large ones at that and mounted to the walls. which was very nice and the bedroom with a bunk bed for the children had a small TV. Overall I would definitely recommend this home if you plan on staying for more then 2 nights.
