30 min drive to Boston. Owners were super helpful.

The property was very clean. We loved that each bedroom had an extra box fan. The front door lock malfunctioned, which made entry / exiting tricky. Home is located near a busy neighborhood road, so traffic can be heard. We felt safe. Restaurants/Walmart is within 10 min drive. Motion light on front porch seemed to be malfunctioning too, blinking on & off constantly. We turned light off at bed time so the flashing didn't disrupt sleep. Everyone in our group agreed that all the beds were very comfortable.

If the camera could see something, it was... um.... photogenic. If the camera could not see it, it was poorly updated/repaired or not touched in a long time. The update of the property was amateurish. For example, one window behind a very nice blind had black mold and a piece missing out of the glass. In short, we would not choose this property again.

The house is exactly what is shown in the posting. The owner is very responsive to communication. The problems lie in the little things. Many of the outlets do not work. Furniture is broken in areas. If it wasn't for the neighborhood; my sister observed an apparent drug deal going on down the street and the drag racing down the street in the middle of the night, it would have been a great stay. The price per night is super. Unfortunately the fees just about doubled the cost of the stay. While it was nice to have everyone in one space, I almost think I would have rathered stayed in a hotel.

Terrible. Got wrong address where some other guest were already staying and got the code to get in their place. The guest were super helpful but we were left with no place in the middle of the night. Could not get in touch with the property owner. VRBO also could not get in touch with the property owner. Finally had to book a hotel with older parents and little kids.

We stayed in August 2022 and overall very satisfied with this property. The bed were comfortables and the house was renovated. Pictures are accurate, but rooms are somewhat smaller. We were 2 famililies with teenagers. Bring extra plates, glasses and silverware as there is not enough for 12 people. AC units are present, although not sufficient for temperatures above 90F. Thankfully, there were extra fans to push the AC air in the bedrooms, which made it ok to sleep. We would have like to have instructions for the trash and recycling. We would stay there again!

Clean house , nice environment. The kids enjoyed themselves at the backyard. You can also consider adding a washing machine to the house to make it a complete package ! But we loved it! Thank you.

The location for excursions in every direction was great. We enjoyed the home but would have liked a few extras, like dish towels, plates made of better quailty, ice maker hooked up to water; little things like that would have made it better. The host was very quick to correct the things we called about and we appreciated that!

I did not check the listing for central air, and there was none available to us. . Not my mistake: 1. I'm sure the two window AC's may be enough outside of summer, but it is no where near enough for July. We bought 4 fans and were still suffering. 2. This listing says it sleeps 12 (and it does, we had 11 in our group aged 11mo - 66yr), but the house itself might only accommodate 6: There isn't enough silverware, plates, bowls, seats, hot water, or electricity for 12. 3. Hot water ran out all the time. 4. There are so few outlets in the house and you have to keep the bedroom lights on for some of the outlets to work. 5. There was nowhere to put our trash outside of the house, no bins, no dumpster, and no instruction. 6. It was 4th of July week/end, so I know crazies can come out, but someone at the back of the house decided to celebrate with M80s; There were loud cars, doing loud things; and a car that parked directly in front of the front door of the house (maybe 20ft) on the street all week, which was just odd. 7. There were no checkout instructions, we didn't know what we had to do, so we just did what decent people would do, and then prayed we didn't get charged on the back end (which to this point we have not - but it would have been nice to know).

This house is definitely bigger than it looks in the pictures! It was a great size for myself and 8 guest! The neighborhood was a little loud but I’m from quiet Iowa so that could just be me, it didn’t disrupt our sleep though! Very lovely host and stay!

We were in Boston for the Marathon and needed a place that could accommodate all of us. This worked out really well. It was a half hour or so into Boston which kind of made us plan our time to stay in the city. It is a very basic home, no frills, and the beds are soft. The street noise is evident but we all slept really well.

Needed a place to stay in town to attend a family funeral for 3 nights. This was exactly what we needed. Plenty of beds and 2 bathrooms for all 6 of us to stay comfortably.

The cons of this property definitely outweighs the pros. The location was definitely ideal for the things we wanted to see while in the Boston area, the property was clean, and the beds were very comfy. We all definitely felt safe with the ring doorbell, and ring security camera on the garage. However there were a few things amiss: - no dish towel to dry dishes with, we had to use some wash clothes - the listing advertises that the kitchen is fully equipped, yet there was only enough forks for all of us (6 people) for one meal before we had to wash them, and there was no salt or pepper - dishwasher soap and hand soap were left with low levels and no back ups in the area - no where to hang the hand towels, they were thrown over the sink/back of toilet - hot water doesn’t last long, which is not great with having 6 people staying there that need showers - upstairs bedroom some of the outlets do not work, and one only works with the light on - bedroom right off living room has a glass door which is not very private - only recycling outside, no place for us to put our full trash bags Really, it just needs some attention to detail and love to it, it was fine for what we needed it to be but definitely can improve for future stays. Some nice touches would be: - more images to show a more accurate listing - tissues, dishwasher soap, and hand soap stocked would be great Overall, it felt overpriced for what we didn’t get out of it.

We had a great stay, the process was easy and the hosts were great they always responded to our questions very quickly. The home was perfectly located between Boston and Foxborough so we could go see the Patriots and the Red Sox games.

Glad this place had a kitchen and 6 beds. Our family really had a good time connecting here.
