Very clean property and convenient to the beach. I loved that beach was private and not over crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and resort, we will be back again! Gated resort, quiet and safe. Beach area is perfect!

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff at Vacasa and the staff at Tops'L were very friendly. I loved the walk down to the beautiful beaches. The bed was super soft, and I slept very well, which is not usual for me when traveling alone. The bathroom was well appointed and allowed for a pleasant time getting ready for my conference each morning. I loved being able to pull the little table for two out to do my work in front of the open patio door. There are two things I could have done without while there. First, the door to the adjacent condo is thin and allows for a great deal of sound to come from the people next door. Next, the wind caused the weather stripping in the unit to vibrate really loudly, kinda like construction is being done outside. Finally, minutes after booking the room, I realized that I only needed a two night stay versus a three night stay. I contacted Vacasa using the contact method on VRBO, but didn't receive a response until at least a week later. And, of course, by then there was nothing that could be done to shorten the stay, so I had to pay for a night I didn't need. I feel like, if there had been someone checking the communication more frequently, this could have been avoided.

The best part was the amazing view and short walk to the beach. The Summit building was old, but seemed to be decently kept. The worst part was the not so clean sheets and towels, which we went out and purchased our own. Overall the price wasn’t bad and we enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach.
