The place was clean, plenty of parking, im a quiet neighborhood. The 2 king bedrooms were nice; they had there own showers - large rooms. One is on ground level, so is great if you have someone who is handicapped or has a hard time negotiating stairs. Murphy bed in the living room was comfy, but in an awkward spot. We liked the queen size bunk beds in the bunk room upstairs. Great for a bunch of kids or large family. Bunk room, which holds 15 shares one bathroom. Kitchen can get congested when preparing meals, but has a large pantry to hold your food supplies. Seating for eating. Counter stools aren't overly useful with how the kitchen is set up. Round table holds 8, there is a picnic table outside off the dining area. There are tvs in each bedroom and the livingroom. The Pickleball courts are closeby and can be lite up at night. The complex is in the process of build a pool area next to the Pickleball courts. Currently the rest of the recreation options are free at the Washington Rec Center, which is within 5 minutes driving. The pool and lazy river there are fabulous. It is within 15 minutes of the Grafton building in Hurricane and the St George sports center. Grocery stores and other shopping is closeby.

Staff was great very accommodating. Worked out perfectly for what our group. We will go back. Will be even better once the pool area is completed. 👍👍👍

We came down for my son’s soccer tournament and the location couldn’t have been better! The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was under construction while we were there, but the owner provided passes to the Washington Rec Center to my kids still got to swim! Next time we head to St. George we will definitely be checking to see if this property is available first!

In spite of the quiet hrs. (which we respected) we had a wonderful stay and would consider Escondido 1107 again.

We really enjoyed our 10-day stay at Escondido 1107! Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and it's a very cheerful place. This is a very new subdivision with active construction in the neighborhood so we heard some construction noise but it didn't detract from our stay. There are two pickleball courts just across the street so we bought a starter set and had lots of fun playing. They are going to build a pool next to the pickleball courts so that will be great when it's done as the Washington Rec Center is about a ten minute drive so isn't very convenient. I was concerned that we would hear highway noise as it's not that far when you look at the map but I'm happy to report the hill blocks any traffic noise. This is a really convenient location for visiting Zion NP and all of the other nearby parks etc. So there's great hiking and mountain biking trails to enjoy! There are some minor things that could be improved upon but none that would affect my recommendation that it's a great place to stay. Many of the neighbors keep their outside lights on all night so there's lots of light in all three bedrooms that shine through the window blinds--it would be great if there were light-blocking curtains or bring an eye mask if you can stand wearing one. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but it would be great if there was a kitchen shears or scissors, and a cheese slicer---easy things to add. The large pillows on the couch are downfilled so they constantly shed feathers which is not great. My husband thought the couch was really uncomfortable so an upgrade there might be nice. The thing I missed the most was a comfortable outside lounge chair to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and read a book. Unfortunately the small patio has a large picnic table which isn't comfortable to sit and relax on. This is located just outside the sliding doors by the large dining table inside so it feels rather redundant. There would be space to replace the picnic table with two comfortable chairs and a small table. There wasn't a gas grill which would have been great to have as the weather was beautiful. I really appreciated the starter supply that Red Sands provides of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap and garbage bags as I always find it annoying to have to purchase or bring all of those items on vacation after you've spent a fair amount to rent a condo. Overall this was a great place to rent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Was a nice place to stay. Not much insulation/sound deadening in the place, so unfortunately our baby woke others up. But in all, excellent place and would stay there again.

Loved the place we stayed in. Had some baseball boys with us. All had beds. Everyone was comfortable. Much better than being crammed up in a hotel with about the same price. We will definitely be back next time.

Overall very nice place to stay. Two items for improvement if interested. Wifi was not very good. But I don't believe there is real good service in this area anyway. Very slow. Password should be harder to get and changed periodically. I worry how secure it really was?

Superbly well stocked and furnished. Big and comfy. Definitely would stay again.

This was a great vacation property. Not only was it the cleanest property that we have ever stayed in, it also had lots of extras that normally aren't provided in a condo rental. They had starter packs of washing detergent, soap, shampoo & conditioner, etc. They even had some coffee grinds so I could wait until our second day there to go to the grocery store. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Directions getting to the property were incorrect, the property entrance and garage were not on the address street which was confusing. Had trouble with ice maker. Management did send an appliance guy who threw out the ice we had kept in the freezer since the ice maker was not making ice. Also we didn’t confirm for a maintenance guy to come while we were not at the place, which the family was a bit concerned with. Iron was not available even though it shows in picture availability and amenities. Had to purchase one because of the slow communication process which delayed our trip plans. Recreation center was closed on Sunday, wish that was conveyed to us prior to the trip Other than these few set backs overall trip was great, family enjoyed the place

Although the rooms were a little tight for a large group (17), the whole experience was fantastic. Checking in was easy, the house was very clean and had everything we needed, and the rental company was very helpful. 10/10 stay!

We were there as a couple moms and teenage soccer girls. They loved the bunk room so they could all stay together. Comfortable beds, clean and easy to access. Thank you!

we were disappointed that there were only 5 washington rec center passes left at the property. We had a party of 19 people so we didn't end up using them. I noticed that there was a fee for them on our reservation so that was a disappointing. If you are able to...we would love some passes mailed to us to use on a future stay. We are moving this week so my new mailing address is Heather Maile 12871 w Auckland St Meridian, ID 83642. We were looking forward to using them since there aren't any usable amenities on the property yet.

This is a perfect location and home. Beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. In a really convenient part of Washington, close to hikes, National Parks and points of interest. Construction going on all around, as the area is booming with growth. Workers stayed late, started early and worked all weekend. Otherwise perfect place to hang out for 2 weeks!
