Everything seemed clean, great communication with host , very responsive , we forgot to bring sheets and she was very helpful!!! Would recommend highly!!

A beautiful house nestled in the middle of the street. Communication with the property manager was consistent and she provided a fast response whenever we had a question. Lots of space for a big or multi family rental for the week.
The only drawback is the numerous flights of stairs to climb upon arrival and departure. I would recommend to others.

We were a party of eight and we enjoyed this comfortable and quiet condo. The owner was really easy to reach if needed. We had a very nice trip to Wildwoods.

We had an amazing stay. All four bedrooms are great size. We spent most evenings sitting outside on the large balcony. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had.

This was a great property near the boardwalk and beach. You have to climb a few stairs to get to the property but you you only really notice when bringing up your luggage and when you pack up your car. Expectations for the place are clearly communicated. Just remember to bring sheets and towels.
The outdoor shower has hot water which made showers after the beach very nice!

The house is in a good location, plenty of things nearby including the boardwalk and the beach. Very spacious and has plenty of beds.
Here are a few things to be aware of:
1. The garage door needs maintenance. It will not close right away.
2. Needs a good cleaning including the inside of the cabinets in the kitchen.
3. The kitchen floor needs to be cleaned, it was sticky and some tiny ants were found crawling around.
4. Be prepared to go up a LOT of steps! (28 to be exact)
5. Make sure when arriving that your garbage cans & recycling are empty. Other people put their trash and recycling in your bins and make you responsible for emptying them per the rental agreement contract.
Overall, I would give this location a 6.5/10

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of room, close to the beach and boardwalk and stocked with everything you could need. Loved the washer and dryer too, especially with an infant.

This place was PERFECT. It was the perfect size and perfect distance from everything. Ae were able to walk EVERYWHERE. Owner was super responsive. Had a great time and made amazing memories worth a lifetime

We had a great time with this property, it was very spacious and was clean. Perfect for our larger group, we had a great time.

Great stay
Our group had a great stay at this property and the location was great for walking to the convention center. Just note this rental does not include linens so we had to bring sheets and towels. We also had to buy hand soap and all all showering necessities. It was a bit more than we normally need for a vrbo stay but the location made up for it.

Property was nice.....but the stairs were hard with bringing our belongings in and out. The bathroom holders in both bathrooms were not permanent on the wall and fell off constantly with a towel on it. Couch was uncomfortable in the middle but we were told ahead of time. Kitchen was well stocked.

Family vacation
There was plenty of room for a family of 10 plus a 10 month old. The spacious kitchen made group family cooking fun. Short walk to the boards. This property and landlord are highly recommended.

Newly renovated. Property was perfect. Our only issue was the distance from the beach. Not terrible but a little further than we like to stay. But the property was very nice. No complaints.
