I must say, the review I'm about to share with you simply can't do justice to how exceptional our stay at the villa was. You'll just have to experience it for yourself to truly understand the magic of this place.From the very moment we arrived, it was evident that they had poured their heart and soul into creating comfort and joy for guests. The owner greeted us with a genuine smile, making us feel like long-lost friends coming home after a long journey. Their passion for hospitality shone through every interaction, and they went out of their way to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.

Location was magical, we were immediately immersed in the greek way of life, spoilt for beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. The villa is situated in the hills with wonderful privacy and a luxurious pool and the added bonus of the most comfortable beds all enabled us to get the best rest and sleep ever! Our hosts went out of their way to make sure our stay was as memorable as possible.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We highly recommend these host to anyone who wants to go to Zante , closed eyes. The villa is perfect with view on the sea and montain. There is all the quipment/facilities needed. You can even spend all your stay in the villa with the big swimming pool area, a BBQ area , playground area ... You can alto ask them for food shopping... Absolutely amazing place with the most amazing hosts. I have never felt more taken care of when staying away from home. The house has a phenomenal view of the sea. The pool is great and there are so many nice sitting areas. The house is super clean, well equiped and the beds are very comfortable. There are no other houses around so it is very private. Close to shops and great beaches (but a car is needed) and 20 min from the airport. My only regret is that we could’t stay longer.

The house was beautiful, fully equipped, super clean. The owner (Janus) was very helpful, kind and so friendly. We took an amazing boat trip around the island which Janus recommended and we highly recommend it to anyone that stays.. one of our best days. We give this property 10 out of 10 and hope to come back.

The villa is amazing, great view, lovely pool, lovely seating area, just everything was great. Best of all was the host though. John/Yannis (hope that’s spelt correctly) was amazing, giving us tours of the area, showing us all the best beaches nearby and always there for any concern or anything my group and I needed. He even took us late night to the laganas strip and only had us cover his fuel costs, whereas taxis would’ve cost us maybe 4 times what we paid him. Even if the villa was made of mud I would stay there again solely because of how great and helpful he was to us, but the villa was almost as good as he was, so if you’re planning a trip to zante, go here.

The wifi would occasionally cut out but I’ve yet to stay in a single place in Greece where that doesn’t happen so not really the fault of the host or the villa.

Secluded environment (very close to one of the main Careta Careta Turtle beaches), with all necessary amenities in and around the house. The house is brand new and modern style with sufficient sleeping places (9 persons can easily all sleep in a very good bed), 4 bathrooms and also an outdoor shower is luxurious (2 families can easily stay there and have their own privacy) BBQ area (allthough we didn't use it :))

Nothing!! We already know Greece and the language for a long time but the owner is fluent in English as well and also is very well informed about Zakynthos and also gave us some very good tips where to visit (off the beaten track sights and also restaurants)
