We had 10 golfers and not always easy to please everyone. We all loved the house. Spacious, all Queen and King beds, 2 refrigerators, 6 bathrooms, pool table room. Oh and a pool and hot tub. Beach across the street. My only request would be an updated pool table and pool sticks, only one had a tip. But we still had a blast. We will be back next year.

I have rented houses for over 25 years. Mostly in the outer banks. The average home was around $7,000. This was the most expensive house I've rented. I took the Myrtle Beach House you recommend instead of one in Florida. Simply because it was closer. I must say I was very disappointed. I think I should receive two hundred refund.

The house has lots of room and worked for our group very well. It definitely needs some work as there are a lot of unfinished projects, tv’s that don’t work. Our biggest issue is that sent workers in while we out during our stay without our knowledge

Hot tub was messed up. Front deck off the living has bad boards. And front steps going into the living looked very unsafe. Other than that enjoyed our stay

To start off check in was supposed to be at 3pm the house wasn't ready until 6:30 which would have been ok if it was clean. 1 bedroom was not even checked or cleaned it still had the sheets undone and had two bottles of urine on the night stands. In that room the pillows had fresh blood. Every single room had to have the mattress covers removed because the either had blood stains or urine stains on them. We were told they would wash them and bring them back on Monday because the 4th of July was on Sunday. Well they never brought them back. We paid over $400 for linen services well you have to put the linens on yourself which they leave in totes on the 1st floor not even in the rooms. The bathroom downstairs and the living room couch had an ant infestation you would sit on the sofa and have ants crawling all over you. They sent an exterminator but it did nothing in the bathroom you would need to check the toilet tissue before using it to make sure no ants where on it. The bathroom sink in the 1st master bedroom had spit in the sink from the last family brushing their teeth and the shower still had the soap scum in the shower and the hot tub as well. 3rd floor had a hole in the wall. The jacuzzi tub was broken months before and they said a new one would be installed on Wednesday which it did get installed and it is really nice but we had no hot tub for 4 days never told when we rented it. The pool surroundings where not cleaned either there was a canopy frame left on the deck with no canopy we had to throw it out. The 2 grills outside where disgusting we had to spend over an hour cleaning them to be able to use them. Not worth the $8,000 plus for the week plus $400 plus for linens. The comforters where so disgusting we went to Walmart and bought throw blankets for 12 beds. So disappointed with Thomas vacations.

The house was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, only bad thing my parents are elderly and was unable to climb stairs no bedroom on main floor and Jacuzzi was filled. The location was perfect and in close proximity to everything.
